Located on beautiful and peaceful Silver Creek just 20 minutes from the Disney parks, our villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms,( two ensuite) large pool and jacuzzi, which are not overlooked at the rear. Wireless broadband, games room with full size pool table, cable t.v. DVD, fully fitted kitchen and air-conditioning.
All towels and bed linen are provided.

Property was just like the pictures. Tv, living room furniture, and dining room table were all very new. Wifi was excellent, speed 200 mps or so, coverage was very good outside by the pool. Pool was clean, the heat for the spa was excellent. Plenty of deck furniture. Owner was very quick to respond with any questions before and during the stay. Thanks for an excellent stay.

Good stay for 11

The bunk bed room really needs a fan. It gets quite hot. The house temp was on the warm side. The bunk beds are squeaky. The couch was big and comfy. There was enough hot water for all 11 of us and do laundry. The dishwasher does not clean dishes. Overall our stay was enjoyable.

Nicely appointed, kitchen has everything you could need. Laundry and game room definite bonus! Pool sparkling clean and warm. House is very clean. Only down side for us was the beds - they’re pretty hard. I know many like that so I know we aren’t the norm. Otherwise - truly enjoyable experience! Thanks!!!

Relaxing, Spacious well maintained home and service

I will definitely come back our next stay for Disney/universal parks. Not only are the owners/management accommodating but the home itself felt BETTER than home. The master bed was so comfortable we went mattress shopping today to find that exact model. We found that this provided our family a great place to spread out and unwind from the busy touristic activities but was close enough to decide to go back to those activities at any moment. Nothing was more than a 25m drive and almost always less than that. The only thing I recommend to bring is a large pan if you plan on cooking. The pan provided is a grill pan and it made eggs and pancakes a little difficult but it still worked out. The pool even had toys for the kids. Anytime we needed any assistance management was quick to respond but this was seldom needed in our 10 night stay. We were sad to leave. Great owners, wonderful management and AMAZING home!

Fantastic place

We have a wonderful time there, there is a walmart(convenient for grocery shopping ) and several places of fast food including a Starbucks 5 minutes away, we used the pool once because we were at the parks the whole time, but the house is soacious, enough rooms and bathrooms. We really like it!!

Wonderful house

The house was amazing!! There were just 2 small cosmetic things to be fixed like a loose door handle on the fridge, but that was the worst part. I judge a house also by the beds... they were great!! I will be staying again. Thank you for your wonderful home.

Quiet neighborhood is nice. Plenty of room in house. Limited house supplies though. Needed to pick up trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent since there were either none or no extras available. Not what I'm accustomed to from other VRBO's.

As expected!

Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. There is no BBQ at the house unless you pay extra. Pool heat is also an additional charge but we didn’t feel like we needed it. We found it a bit odd that there wasn’t extra toilet paper but that’s probably just an us not being used to renting a property vs a hotel. Beds were comfortable, we like it a little cooler but every room has a ceiling fan which is nice! We also brought our own tabletop fan so we slept comfortably. If I had to say something negative, I would say that the patio furniture could use an update. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect stay!

Incredible experience! This was our first Vrbo stay. Start to finish, things could not have been easier. The owner Paul was very attentive during booking. We had no issues during our stay but I’m quite sure they would have been dealt with as soon as possible. Pool and hot tub were the biggest blessing on off days and after long days at the park. Thank you for your hospitality Paul! We will certainly stay here again.

My wife Elaine and I live in the north west of England in St Helens, probably most famous these days as a rugby league town. We have been married for 30 years and have 2 children, Rachel and Michael. We are both employed in education and have enjoyed many years providing opportunities for young people to succeed.
We bought our villa in 2004 and enjoy very much out time over there. We are always delighted with the positive comments from our guests.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy our villa because we had previously stayed in the area and really enjoyed our stay. It is a very peaceful location and the grounds and public areas are well looked after and they are very attractive. When you arrive in Silver Creek you can't help being impressed with the beauty of the place. Even better is the
Ovation. Disney is close by as are many restaurants and supermarkets.

What makes this property unique

The peace and quiet allows you to relax in a beautiful environment and just a few minutes drive you can play golf at the many courses in the area. There are courses for all types of golfer. The gorgeous Lake Louisa provides an opportunity to see nature up close. The lake itself is enormous and you can canoe on the lake, fish, and see such a variety do wildlife.
We are very proud of our villa and we have worked hard to make it a home from home. The pool area is very relaxing and is not overlooked at the rear. There are nice green bushes providing privacy from the neighbouring villas and behind there are no other villas backing on to ours.
The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. We are certain that anyone who stays there will enjoy the tranquility and comfort of our beautiful villa.
