Great base

The "Penty" was a great base for exploring this beautiful part of Brittany. It was well equipped and comfortable and has an amazing view from the decking area down to the river Odet. The owners were extremely responsive on the few ocassions that we needed to contact them. Would highly recommend.

Sehr schönes Haus. Tolle Terasse. Leider keine Betwäsche vorhanden. Französische Maße der Betten sollten mitgeteilt werden.Wir haben die Umgebung mit E-Bikes erkundet. Leider wurden wir enorm von Stechmücken geplagt. Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmern wären absolut notwendig!

Positiver Gesamteindruck! Ein geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtetes Haus, in dem nichts gefehlt hat. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern bei unserer etwas zu frühen Ankunft war angenehm. Wir haben dort in ruhiger Abgeschiedenheit eine erholsame Urlaubswoche verbracht, so wie wir das wollten. Es war die ganze Woche sehr sonnig, so dass es auch im Haus warm wurde und zuletzt auch nachts nicht mehr richtig abkühlte. Für diese spezielle Wetterlage wäre eine Klimaanlage noch eine gute Ergänzung. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können das Haus empfehlen

Belle vue et bonne situation géographique

Le point fort de cette maison est sans nul doute sa très belle vue sue l'Odet. Elle se situe très bien pour pouvoir rayonner sur tout le Sud du Finistère, permettant de faire peu de kilomètres pour visiter. Gros point positif pour nous, les propriétaires ont accepté nos deux chiennes de 20 kg, ce qui n'est pas toujours évident. Nous leur en remercions chaleureusement. La maison est jolie, typique, claire. En revanche, il manque quelques "bricoles" pour un meilleur confort : style couverts à crustacés, panière à linge, fond d'épicerie, fonds de produits de nettoyage, balai (même si l'option ménage est prise). Ce serait un plus. Attention, les lits sont peut être à rénover. Mais ce lieu est vraiment très joli, très calme et reposant. C'est exactement ce que nous cherchions prioritairement.

Qui aime les belles vues choisira ce logement ! Celui qui préfère la mer à 100m hésitera

J ai choisi ce logement pour sa vue , sa proximité avec l Odet ( je fais du Paddle ) j ai été déçu en bien comme on dit en Suisse ! Tous les équipements nécessaires sont là mais la vue , l espace sont ces plus beaux atouts !

un véritable havre de paix entouré de verdure et idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte très bien situé, entre la belle ville de Quimper et le littoral de Sainte-Marine. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et sa vue magnifique sur l'Odet. La maison est très lumineuse et bien équipée.

La maison est agréable, lumineuse et calme.. La vue sur l'Odet est magnifique et le jardin très grand. Beaucoup de sites à visiter dans la région : Concarneau, Quimper, Pointe du Raz, ... Je recommande cette location.

Un cadre agréable, une tranquillité, une vue superbe tout le long de la journée. La maison est bien équipé, tout est super pour passer une semaine (ou plus) au vert. Les plages à 15 minutes familiales et toujours de la place pour se garer en fin de journée. Nous avons télétravailler le WIFI & le network fonctionne trés bien. A bientôt

Bâtiment magnifique, emplacement de rêve

Une maison authentique dans un cadre de rêve, c’est vraiment magnifique. Le jardin est plus qu’immense (mais en pente), la vue est sublime, comme sur les photos ! On est au bout du monde, calme et dépaysement assurés. Le gîte est bien équipé mais attention, amenez tout avec vous, il n’y a rien (savon, pastilles lave vaisselle, lessive, savon lave mains, liquide vaisselle, sac poubelles et même pq !). Très belles promenades juste là, il y a des thermes romains en bas du champ, à portée de main et des balades inoubliables le long de l’Odet sur des chemins bien balisés.

Havre de paix avec superbe vue sur l'Odet...

Juste rien à redire. Endroit impeccable avec une attention particulière de la part de la propriétaire ( désinfection de la maison etc..) en cette période de Covid. Endroit magnifique et très bien entretenu. Vue paisible sur l'Odet...Que demander de plus ? ;o)

Gîte de caractère avec vue imprenable sur l'Odet

Idéalement situé entre mer et campagne, avec une accessibilité directe à un chemin de randonnée, le long de l'Odet, sur la pittoresque route des châteaux et à 2 pas de Quimper. Calme absolu au sein d'un énorme jardin privatif et propriétaire disponible et avenante. Nous recommandons sans reserve ce très mignon gîte!
