Our stay was wonderful it was in a great part of the city. Right in the heart of the city, we were able to walk everywhere we wished to do. Would highly recommend this unit. Host was very helpful and available with all questions.

Excellent location, but....

Love the location. It's ideal for one person. The unit is comfortable. My wish: for the shower to be better cleaned/maintained. The black mildew is UNACCEPTABLE both for hygienic & health issues. The price justifies higher standard of cleanliness.

A great location to experience Florence!

We enjoyed our stay in Luca's flat. It was clean, had great character and was the best place in Florence to experience all the city has to offer visitors! We discovered that the window should be left closed - there was an unpleasant odour from the garbage stored in the outdoor space. Luca was very accommodating to our arrival and departure schedules - he arranged to let us in when our flight arrived and let us leave later than normal as well. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to any single person or couple.

Localización impresionante para viaje espectacular

La localización del apartamento es lo mejor, justo en la plaza de la signoria a escasos minutos de la Galleria degli uffizi. Tenía todas las comodidades necesarias para una buena estancia, exceptuando la calidad del Wi-fi que era irregular y el termo a veces no era tan caliente como nos lo podríamos imaginar. Lucca ha sido un anfitrión perfecto, siempre atento y proporcionándonos la información necesaria de Florencia para que disfrutáramos nuestra estancia al máximo. Gracias!

Siamo andati in questo appartamento durante le vacanze di Pasqua e siamo rimasti veramente estasiati. L'interno è essenziale e garantisce tutti i servizi indispensabili in maniera eccellente, i letti sono molto comodi. Ma il punto di forza è la posizione: vicino a tutti i musei più importanti e alle zone anche più fuori dal centro come San Miniato o forte Belvedere. Tutto questo ad un prezzo veramente accessibile soprattutto considerando il periodo. Il proprietario si è dimostrato sempre gentile e non ha fatto mancare nulla. Insomma questo appartamento è caldamente consigliato e speriamo di ritornarci presto!

Great location, clean, but smaller than I thought

Pros: Comfy bed, clean, great location, easy access, coffee machine is great, kitchen Cons: Only 1 full size towel provided (I had to use hand towel to dry off with), bathroom too small (especially between sink and toilet), no shampoo/conditioner/bath soap provided, only half roll of toilet paper provided (barely enough for one day), owner was 30 minutes late for check-in appointment

No comment! I haven't words..... : it's an apartment, not hotel 5 stars!!! There are 2 big towels, 2 medium towels, 1 bath carpet! 2 paper toilet! There is the Nespresso coffee machine... sugar, the, and more! If you arrive 30 minutes before it's your problem!!!... Do you remember: It's not hotel!!!! You are in Piazza Signoria..... in the best location of Florence... enjoy your life!!!

Cosy with great location

The apartment was very clean, comfy bed and Luca was very helpful. There was a little elevator which was great for our luggage. The room is small but ok for a short stay. But preparing food is tricky due to the lack of bench space. Room was a little cluttered, but with beautiful furniture, however with a couple removed it would make for more room. Location is absolutely fantastic! We loved Florence.

Lovely and Convenient!

This is a very cute, well-decorated, modern apartment in the center of it all! While cozy, it has everything that you need to be comfortable and make this apartment a home base. There is a tight elevator that makes luggage transport easy. As a lone traveler, I felt safe and comfortable. Also, the apartment is very quiet from the sounds of the piazza below. I have always stayed near the train station, but this location is far more convenient to see the sights of Florence. Luca is very helpful, accommodating and was there for any request. I look forward to returning to my favorite city in Italy very soon!

"Appartement moderne, extrêmement propre, belle literie et grandes serviettes, bien situé. Pas de clarté naturelle cependant. L'équipement de la cuisine n'est pas tout à fait conforme à la description: cuisinière à induction (et non gaz/électricité), sans four, et pas de grille-pain. Réfrigérateur minuscule, batterie de cuisine minimaliste. Appartement idéal pour un court séjour, lorsqu'on se contente de réchauffer des aliments au micro-ondes, moins pour un séjour d'une semaine."
