Hello Kirtida Sorry to hear that you found the lodge wasn't as big as you hoped it would be. We do make it very clear in our description that the double and twin rooms have limited floor space. This is how the lodges were designed and is not a later alteration. Likewise the lodges around Spring Lake were designed with a shower room down stairs in addition to the family bathroom upstairs. Most of our guests appreciate the extra bedroom and bathroom so I am sorry if you misread this information when booking your stay. Regards Wendy

It is fantastic that you really did manage to make the most of the activities available in the area despite the weather. You have even found some pubs which we have yet to try! We are really pleased you enjoyed your stay. I am sorry to hear the Brasserie were clearly not coping with the number of customers during the busy holiday season but glad you found the Old George nearby. It a bit further away in the village but it certainly has more character than the newer Brasserie and we have enjoyed the food there too. Thanks for flagging up the problem with the toilet seat. We would have been happy to resolve this issue during your stay had we known but we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Likewise, a quick call would have enabled us to direct you to the router. It is normally left plugged in all the time so we do apologise for any inconvenience.
