Holiday apartment near the port of Cala d'Or on Mallorca!

This beautiful holiday apartment with swimming pool is located a few minutes walking (300 meters) from the harbor of Cala d'Or with several at nice restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Enjoy your dinner with an amazing view of The Mediterranean Sea! The apartment was newly decorated in 2015.

The apartment consists of a living room and separate bedroom. The living room offers a comfortable couch, armchair and a nice dining table with four chairs. In the living room you'll find usefull a modern kitchen with an induction cooker, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Traveling with a little child (<3 years of age)? A child chair, cutlery for children, and a cot are present. Of course, the apartment has air conditioning for both cooling (summer) and heating (winter). There's a washing machine a your disposal (free of charge).

The bedroom Has A nice, comfortable double bed and a wardrobe for your clothes and suitcases. There is ook an infant bed (cot) and bedding.

In the bathroom you will find a shower / bath, toilet and sink with a large mirror.

The balcony Has A lovely view over the garden with several at flowers and palm trees. In the morning you can enjoy your breakfast always in the nice morning sun. You can get fresh croissants, bread and the typical Spanish delicacy 'ensaimadas' in the supermarket in the harbor, a couple minutes walking from the apartment.

The apartment has a spacious communal garden with a swimming pool. The pool provides a separate area for young children. The swimming pool and community garden are maintained from the end of May till September).

WiFi is available in the apartment (during the summer season; June - September) for a small additional charge. You can request a code at the reception of the nearby hotel. Do you prefer free internet access? Just a few minutes walk from the apartment, you will find several restaurants offering free WiFi and a stunning view over the recreational harbor.

The apartment is next to a beautiful municipal park, great for a relaxing walk to the harbor or beach at any time!

A peaceful and relaxing stay

Located in a great area of the island, with some of the most beautiful beaches a short drive away. Our stay was great and the property management was on point with the communication and quick in supporting with our needs. Highly recommend staying at this property. Moreover, a new Mercadona supermarket is opening at a walking distance from the property which personally I believe will be a great touch for some delicious food!

Great Location

We had a great stay at the apartment, the location was ideal for us, a short walk to the marina, with great restaurants, definitely would stay again if we were going to Mallorca. The apartment was well furnished, was clean and the owners replied quickly to any question we had.

Good stay

We had a lovely 2 weeks in Cala d’Or, the location is a 5 min walk to the marina and the facilities are good. The only thing that let it down was the cleanliness of the property when we arrived which wasn’t a great first impression. The property manager addressed it immediately and got the cleaners back the following day.

Great location, clean with everything we needed

Apartment located a short walk from the beautiful marina on the 2nd floor of an apartment complex. It is set back a bit from a nearby hotel and there are no noisy bars/restaurants too close so it’s nice and quiet at nights. Lovely balcony overlooking some gardens which you can walk through to get to a pool. Pool is decent with a separate part and facilities for kids. Apartment has a decent sized living area/kitchen with all facilities we needed, including the much needed air conditioning! Bedroom had comfortable bed with decent storage space for clothes. Bathroom sufficient size with nice shower. Owners were excellent at communicating and very helpful, would definitely use again.

Excellent apartment...

Would have probably given 4.5 stars, but that's not possible...lovely apartment, clean, tidy and with most of the amenities you require. Some lovely restaurants nearby too. Churchill's probably the best but you need to book. Yacht Club do some excellent deals too. Slightly longer walk into town but worthwhile - town is a very friendly place. Apartment itself is spacious but make sure you get the anti-mosquito cream/candles/etc going early - we got attacked early on but after a few days it calmed down. Bed was comfortable but there were a couple of things I would recommend - a couple of more pillows would help if you want to sit up in bed and read (we're both big readers). Also, for slightly longer stays, a change of bedding being available would help. There was a washing machine in the apartment (very useful) and we did wash the bedding ourselves, but due to the weather on that day it only just dried in time! Kitchen is basic but has everything you need to keep yourself going. There is a TV but we didn't turn it on (we go on holiday to get away from that). The sofa was comfortable but could have done with being a little bigger (so we could have an afternoon siesta without going to bed)...these are all minor gripes though. WiFi available through the local hotel next door but signal was intermittent - we didn't worry about it as we like to turn off from the world as mentioned above! Loved the holiday, resort's clean/tidy/generally friendly and our choice of apartment was excellent. Rolf, the owner, was available and very helpful via WhatsApp/mobile so can thoroughly recommend this place.

Schöne Wohnung - leider heruntergekommen

Vorab: der Kontakt zum Vermieter war klasse. Er machte stets den Eindruck, sehr bemüht zu sein. Leider waren jedoch unsere benannten Mängel (kaputte Toilette, defekter Safe (dieser war uns sehr wichtig und das machten wir auch deutlich)) auch nach drei Tagen noch nicht behoben. Da wir nur eine Woche Urlaub hatten und auch die Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung bei weitem nicht unserem Anspruch entsprach, verließen wir das Objekt und mieteten uns in ein Hotel ein, wo wir noch drei erholsame Tage verbrachten. Die Lage ist sehr schön - dicht am Hafen - und die Anlage insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Leider liegt das Schlafzimmer an einer gut frequentierten Straße mit Kinderspielplatz und Flaschencontainern. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, ist vielleicht nicht so gut aufgehoben. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung, wenn sie besser gepflegt wäre.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Schade nur, dass die Bewertung etwas verwirrend ist. Die Toilette war nicht kaputt, aber der Toilettensitz war etwas locker. Der WC-Sitz ließ sich leicht wieder fixieren. Der Safe funktionierte nicht, weil die Batterien nicht richtig angeschlossen waren. Wir hätten Ihnen auch problemlos den Hauptschlüssel zum Safe geben können, damit Sie den Safe ohne Code benutzen könnten. Am selben Tag, an dem Sie diese Dinge gemeldet haben, ist unsere Kontaktperson Nicole, in die Wohnung gegangen, um zu sehen, ob sie das für Sie regeln könnte. Da waren Sie nicht zu Hause. Sie haben dann angegeben, dass es etwas umständlich, aber nicht sehr wichtig sei. Sie haben nach dem Wochenende plötzlich die Wohnung verlassen. Wir haben Ihnen dann mehrere Lösungen vorgeschlagen, aber Sie haben darauf nicht reagiert. Verstehen Sie also unsere Enttäuschung. Wir hatten keine echte Chance, es für Sie zu lösen. Viele Gäste bevorzugen diese Wohnung, weil sie so ruhig gelegen ist. Vielleicht waren die Erwartungen zu hoch und dass ein 5-Sterne-Hotel besser zu Ihnen passt.

muy buena estancia

Todo era prefecto. Rolf es muy amable y reactivo por wattsapp, respondió a todas nuestras preguntas y resolvió los problemas muy rápidamente. El lugar es muy agradable para vivir. Eramos dos en el piso y tenemos mucho espacio! Todo era muy bien, recomendamos el piso si quieren quedarse en Cala d'Or. Esta cerca de la marina (10 minutos a pie) , y de la playa (15 minutos a pie), se puede ir a la piscina del hotel. Muchas gracias Rolf, hemos pasado una estancia muy buena en el piso.

Schöner Urlaub in Cala d'Or

Die Lage des Appartements war super. Man war in wenigen Minuten am Hafen wo man alles bekommt was man braucht. Morgens das frische Baguette und Abends viele Restaurants zum Essen gehen. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir sind auch ins Cala d'Or Centrum gelaufen, war ca. 15 min Fußweg entfernt. Dort gibt es Shopping und ebenfalls Restaurants. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, so war die ganze Insel gut zu erkunden. Der Kontakt mit Rolf war besonders hervorzuheben. Egal was es war haben wir stets eine schnelle Antwort bekommen und der hat sich um alles gekümmert. Das Appartement war super sauber und für den täglichen Gebrauch gut ausgestattet. Die Größe für uns als Familie genau passend. Vielen Dank an Rolf und wie kommen bestimmt Mal wieder.

Schönes Appartement, perfekt um die Insel zu erkunden.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Appartement ist sauber und geräumig, sowie günstig gelegen für Ausflüge. Zum Yachthafen nur wenige Minuten und auch das entzückende Porto Petro in nur 5 Minuten (Auto) zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil.

Gemoedelijk en net appartement

Fijn appartement, schoon en volledig. Halverwege verblijf schoongemaakt en bedden verschoond door huishoudservice. Communicatie met eigenaar perfect. Cala d'Or iets te vol maar naastgelegen dorpje Portopetro leuk met super restaurant Raphael. Eigen vervoer aan te bevelen hoewel bus ook ieder uur goed rijdt.

Très bon séjour chez Rolf

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cala d’Or. L’appartement de Rolf est très bien. Malgré des problèmes de climatisation le 1er jour, Rolf a fait intervenir très rapidement quelqu’un pour venir réparer ! La résidence est très bien. On peut profiter des piscines et des activités de l’hôtel. La marina est à proximité. Plein de calas à moins de 10 min pour se baigner -> très bonne localisation. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés

Urlaub in Cala d'Or

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man in einem Urlaub braucht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und ist positiv hervorzuheben. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben am Hafe. Das Zentrum Cala d'Or ist fußläufig innerhalb von ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen.
