Double living room, about 40 m2, 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet. Garage, south facing terraces with barbecue. Garden 1500 m² planted with Provencal trees and shrubs. Residential, green and quiet area (in an urbanised dead end, protected from all traffic). Close to beaches, creeks, shops, doctor's surgery, pharmacy, banks, marina and tourist port with boat shuttles to St. Tropez - Thalasso, tennis, golf, horse riding, sailing school.
Close to the towns of Ste. Maxime, Fréjus, St. Raphaël, Grimaud, Port Grimaud and St. Tropez.
Theatre of the sea in Sainte-Maxime: numerous quality shows in the summer season (most of them free)
