La sua recensione mi ha dato modo di chiarire quanto accaduto con chi si occupa della pulizia, valutata sempre eccellente dai miei ospiti .Per dei sopraggiunti problemi familiari ,ha raggiunto tardi il monolocale effettuando quindi la pulizia al vostro arrivo.

la proprietaria è molto cortese e la zona è signorile; l'appartamento è un pò piccolo ed in particolare il bagno è molto stretto; la pulizia potrebbe migliorare ma per il resto tutto OK.

Grazioso appartamento immerso nel verde, posizione comoda anche per arrivare in centro, ben servito e con tutti i comfort. Consigliato anche per una breve vacanzina, non manca nulla.

Appartement lumineux et très propre avec des arbres et sans vis-à vis. Il est assez loin du centre mais il y a un autobus juste devant l'immeuble. L'accueil a été très agréable.

Era la prima volta di una casa vacanza, e l'esperienza è stata positiva: ottima la pulizia e gentilissima Katia che ci ha dato le chiavi e le informazioni generali. Solo un po' difficile il parcheggio. Assolutamente consigliata.

Appartamento ideale per soggiorno di 2 persone

Appartamento conforme alla descrizione, ideale per visitare Firenze e dintorni. Situato in una zona tranquilla vicinissimo alla fermata dell'autobus. In auto si impiegano circa 10 minuti per raggiungere il centro di Firenze. Supermercato Esselunga a poche decine di metri. Abbiamo soggiornato in un periodo di altissime temperature ma l'appartamento è rimasto fresco permettendoci di limitare l'uso dell'aria condizionata. Proprietari sempre disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza. Lo consiglio vivamente.

The level where you can rest it's at third level, and you can enjoy the silence that it's a privilege of this appartment (over the good overlooking guaranted of the below priovate park. Excellent lighting.
