We had a fantastic family holiday in the villa. Everything about the villa was great. Cleanliness, size, location. There were 8 adults and plenty of space for everyone. Communication with the host was good and the local company that manage the property were excellent as well. Will definitely be going back !!

Amazing villa, and location.

Myself and family of 5, had a fantastic time, nice quiet area but 5 euro in taxi to alvor centre. Only had to wait a few minutes for an uber. Fantastic pool and pool area, worth 5 stars all day long.

Great holiday.Would make recombination that they really should’ve be charcoal and Gas for the barbecue without having to buy it separately and a pair of oven gloves would be great-but I did relay this to the owner so I’m sure and future guest will have these.It is a great villa great location very clean very well managed

Beautiful property…photos don’t do it justice!! Everything provided. We had a hire car but taxis are v reasonable and easy to get hold of. Cannot wait to return, Thank you for making us feel so welcome!!

Everything about this villa rates 5* I’ve not got a negative thing to say about the property and the communication with the owner . I’ll definitely be coming back. Note for anyone to saw the comments about the bikes , they’re no longer at the property. Great area as well.

Fabulous

a truly beautiful villa- clean comfortable and elegant. It has the wow factor as you walk in with a gorgeous sweeping staircase and modern spacious rooms. The pool and outdoor are are equally as lovely with a generous sized and spotlessly clean pool which is illuminated with colour changing lights after dark! The bikes were a bonus and enjoyed by the family. As mentioned in previous reviews, its a lovely peaceful areabut a bit of a trek into Alvor (took us about 25 minutes), however Uber taxis are plentiful, efficient and cheap, about 4 - 6 euros to the beach or town. The management company were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We would highly recommend this villa and hopefully we will return in the future.

Increíble la casa. Bien cuidada. Limpia. Utensilios de cocina limpios y nuevos. Toallas para todos para la piscina. Jardín cuidado. Piscina (de sal) perfecta. La casa es todavía mucho mejor de lo que las fotos aparentan. La ubicación muy buena. A dos minutos de un Intermarché con todo tipo de alimentación y productos. Y la zona de playas y del Algarve es privilegiada a muy pocos minutos de playas espectaculares. De verdad que ha sido una experiencia buenísima.

Gorgeous Villa in Beautiful Alvor

Words cannot describe the beautiful, clean villa in Alvor. The pictures do not do the property justice. Large supermarket within walking distance and gorgeous , quiet neighborhood. Every amenity you moght need and a 4 euro uber ride to town or to any of the beautiful beaches!!! The property management team Carla & Rosa were great! Thank you ladies! Will be back next hear!!

Had a great time at Villa 36. Villa in great location and spotlessly clean on arrival. Had great communication between both owner and management company who helped us out with all our queries. Villa had everything we required for our family of 8 holiday. Hopefully we can return in the future.

Excellent Villa in a quiet place

The Villa was very clean and during our stay we have a very good support from the management team. The villa fulfill our expectations. Although two air conditioners were out of order, the villa always maintains a bearable temperature. Contact with the owner was easy and correct. This is a place were you can enjoy a nice and quiet holidays. Best Algarve beaches near.

La villa está fenomenal y cuenta con todo lo necesario. El trato con el dueño y con los profesionales que se encargan de tu estancia fue perfecto , resolviendo inmediatamente cualquier necesidad . Limpieza y mantenimiento periódico . Si te encanta el golf perfecto y sino necesitas el coche para moverte . A la playa puedes ir en bici. Muy buena experiencia
