Huis is gelegen op hoogte met mooi uitzicht op de Medes eilanden. Een winkel, slagerij. bakkerij , drogist, visboer en apotheek op loopafstand. Het strand is in de zomer erg gezellig met meerdere strandtenten, en kan je heen met de auto. Te lopen is te ver het is ook vrij stijl. Wel rijdt er een busje. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, de wifi is erg goed tot grote vreugde van de tieners. Het water van het zwembad wordt gezuiverd met zout ipv chloor . Dagelijks wordt deze al vroeg schoongemaakt. De accommodatie heeft 3 slaapkamers , en 2 badkamers en een 2 persoonsslaapbank in de woonkamer. Buiten is er een loungeset aanwezig en zijn er meerdere ligbedden met goede kussens rondom het zwembad.Op de veranda kan je heerlijk zitten en is er een grote bbq beschikbaar. Let wel op! Het huis is gelegen in gebied dichtbij rijstvelden hierdoor kunnen er muggen zijn. De eerste avond hadden wij het niet zo in de gaten dus zijn we hier en daar gestoken maar als je je goed beschermt met muggenspray zoals wij deden de rest van de weken dat wij er zaten, zal je er geen las van hebben.Al met al een fijn huis, op mooie locatie, we hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une maison qui est située au calme parfaite pour se reposer. Dès notre arrivée ce qui nous a le plus frappé c’est la vue magnifique.Même si la déco est un peu datée et le ménage pourrait être un peu plus soigné, le lieu reste très agréable. Le fait de pouvoir stationner son véhicule sur la propriété est un plus, Mention spéciale au propriétaire, vraiment réactif et sympathique : un souci avec la piscine a été réglé le jour même. Nous repartons ravis de notre séjours.

Es riecht, da das Haus sehr feucht ist, es Stockflecken an den Wänden gibt, die nach wenigen Tagen immer offener zu sehen sind. Die Polster, Betten, Kissen, Bettwäsche etc. riechen unangenehm! Lüften war wegen der 1000 den von Mücken Knut sporadisch möglich. Geschirr, Besteck etc. abgenutzt und dreckig; die Spülmaschine funktioniert nicht richtig, der Kühlschrank auch nicht! Strom fiel des Öfteren aus! Außen war es ungepflegt und abgelebt! Sehr schade! Könnte ein schönes Häuschen sein!waren abgenutzt

Unterkunft nicht bewohnbar

Die Unterkunft ist nicht bewohnbar!!! Schimmel in Bad und Toilettenraum, Toilette selber völlig verdreckt, im Kühlschrank verdorbene Lebensmittel, Betten voller Flecken und Haare, Bettkasten voller Dreck, Sitzmöbel voller Flecken und voller Tierhaare, Küchengeschirr sowie Schränke alles total verschmutzt, Wände,Tür- und Fensterrahmen defekt, Pool voller Algen und Wasser trüb und schmutzig. Habe uns auf eigene Kosten eine andere Unterkunft gesucht und sofortige Rückmeldung an FeWo gesendet. Ein solches Objekt sollte von FeWo nicht angeboten werden. Eine Rückerstattung seitens FeWo ist leider nicht erfolgt. Der gesamte Aussenbereich ungepflegt.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön vorallem der Salwasserpool. Die Lage ist mir persönlich zu abgelegen man braucht für alles ein Auto. Aber wenn man ruhe und Erholung sucht ist es der perfekte platz.

la propreté laissé à désirer lors de notre arrivée et humide. obliger de refaire la vaisselle et le ménage alors que le gerant nous a proposé un ménage a 35euros à la sortie la plage est a 3.8km en voiture et payant il faut bouger pour voir de jolie chose. attention aux fourmies ne rien laisser en nourriture il faut tout emballer. bonne literie et clim tres utile attention elle fuie un peu

La villa est bien située dans un environnement calme. Il y a beaucoup de choses à découvrir à proximité. Les commerces qui sont tout proches font l'affaire. La vue est magnifique. La villa est conforme à ce que j'imaginais. Ma famille et moi avons été très satisfaits.

Wunderbarer Blick

Terrasse, Pool und Blick sind einmalig. Auch Bad und WC sind prima. Allerdings riecht das Haus muffig (durch viel Lüften lösbar). Auch Wolldecken, etc. waren in keinem so guten Zustand und durch alte Fugen kamen viele Ameisen. Aber die Lage und die Terrasse entschädigen dafür.

Tres bon accueil du propriétaire, Serge. Villa idéalement située à quelques mètres du supermarché, pharmacie, boulangerie et poissonnerie. Clim dans les pièces de vie ; essentielle en période de chaleur ! Belle piscine au sel et animaux acceptés sans soucis. Toute les conditions sont mises en place pour passer un beau séjour ! Serge est très sympathique et disponible. Maison très agréable sur les hauteurs avec une vue magnifique sur les Iles, quartier calme. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de profiter de la piscine à cause de la météo mais le fait d'avoir une terrasse couverte est très appréciable et pratique... nous reviendrons!

Vue magnifique

Nous avons passé 15 jours superbes dans cette location, à 10mn des plages en voiture et un tas de petites criques à découvrir dans les environs. Ne pas rater la maison de Dalí à Cadaquès, et le château de Galà a Puból ! Côté pratique, Petit supermarché, boulangerie et poissonnerie à 5mn.
