South-west exposed, very quiet, it is air-conditioned and equipped for 4 people (among which washing machine and dishwasher, microwaves, DVD player, hi-fi system)

You can take advantage of the terrace and of the private solarium on the roof of the apartment, offering a unique and clear sight on the swimming pool, the golf and the surrounding countryside.

Why they chose this property

We spent several journeys on the various islands of the Balearic Islands (Majorca, Minorca, Ibiza, Formentera).
We fell in love with this paradisiac island which is totally different from the other islands of the archipelago of the Balearic Islands.
Indeed, Minorca is not as concreted as the other islands, the nature is dominant thanks to the referencing of the island in the UNESCO as Reserve of the Biosphere. The landscapes are breathtaking. The island has an incredible number of beaches with white and fine sand. The inhabitants are very welcoming. The peace reigns over the island. Numerous activities are proposed for everyone.
On Menorca, we chose to buy this apartment for its ideal localization within the island close to the airport, the beaches, the golf, the shops, the 2 main cities of the island.
This residence is very pleasant, in a green setting with a very beautiful swimming very close to the beach.
