The villa is located in a quiet urbanization very well communicated. In a few minutes you reach the beach and the whole promenade full of restaurants and areas with activities, as well as the center of Santa Susana.

In Santa Susana, Chalet situation, both you can move with car as walking to go to Santa Susana Centro as well as to all beaches and restaurants. In the same locality also there are buses that take you to several places of tourist interest. To emphasize the near train stop that in question of 20 minutes takes you to Barcelona center.
