About this property

Yellowstone Park Riverfront Cabins

Yellowstone Park Riverfront Cabin 1. Year-round rental available for premium recreational activities. Just a few steps from world-class blue-ribbon trout fishing and hiking in the National Forest. Walk, hike, or ride horseback through the National Forest entry. Only a casual walk of 1100+/- feet to boundary of Yellowstone Park. Approximately a four-and-a-half mile drive through the Park to the Roosevelt Arch entry at Gardiner (the North Gate). NOTE PLEASE: Calendar for this cabin #69590 has few openings available, however, if the open dates do not meet your preferred dates, I listed another near identical cabin on VRBO.com #935195

Note: As I have reservations for 9 months to a year in advance and many return guests who reserve early, be sure to contact owner at your earliest convenience to secure your preferred dates.
ALSO CHECK OUT #935195 (similar cabin by same owner) for available dates.

Here is your unique opportunity to enjoy Mammoth's geological wonders and the vast variety of wildlife and activities of Yellowstone National Park as well as numerous educational possibilities.

The cabin is modern, comfortable, convenient, and in a very private setting (not on the highway) with spectacular scenic views of the Park, wildlife, and Electric Peak. It is just like being in the Park without being in the crowds. Its location is near the campfire area on the banks of the Yellowstone River.

Cabin 1 has two master suites (each with luxury queen beds and bath), flat-screen TV's, fully equipped kitchen, covered private patio, WiFi, washer/dryer.

The cabin is located 47+/- miles to Livingston, 70+/-miles to Bozeman. There is a county airport in Gardiner and Bozeman’s Yellowstone International Airport is 75+/- miles.

Note: Your early reservation, prior to January 1, will ensure the lowest peak-season rate.

Depending upon desired dates, it can be possible to reserve independently owned cabins for additional guests if you are planning a larger get-together. Without exception, I have been told my cabin is superior to my guests expectations.

Don't forget that the Gardiner/North Gate entrance to Yellowstone Park, Mammoth, the Lamar Valley, and Cooke City, is open year-around. Winter in Yellowstone is awesome!

Note: Video link shows interior of Cabin 1. Cabin 8 location on the banks of the Yellowstone is the same and the amenities are nearly identical.

I love sharing my passion for the beauty and wonders of Yellowstone Park. I attend many of the classes offered in Yellowstone and know it would take many lifetimes to embrace the full impact of this incredible National Park preservation. As one guest said the other day: 'I have traveled the whole world and Yellowstone is my favorite!'

Why they chose this property

The Yellowstone Park Riverfront Cabins are set in a prime location at Gardiner. It's just like being in the Park without being in the crowds. There's not only the fact that the cabins are on the banks of world-class blue-ribbon trout fishing and across the road from the National Forest, but guests can walk into Yellowstone Park, approximately 1100 feet south from the driveway entrance.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of Cabin 1's amenities are the primary reasons why many guests return for visits. It's just a short drive (fewer than 5 miles) from the cabin to the Park through the Roosevelt Arch entry in Gardiner and fewer than 20 minutes to Mammoth. Guests enjoy a modern, clean, convenient, well-equipped cabin home and do not need to move from one place to another to enjoy the entire Park because the cabin is within easy access of all the wonders of Yellowstone.
