Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, blenders, mixers, and all the cooking essentials. Flat screen TV in the family room, another TV in the master bedroom. Two bedrooms (loft has two full size beds; master features a queen size bed), two full bathrooms. Underground covered parking (assigned space) and plenty of guest parking. Condo has free WIFI.

Why they chose this property

I grew up skiing on the east coast but after attending University of Colorado: Boulder, I never went back to those slopes. I fell in love with Colorado and it became our family tradition to ski there every winter. We purchased this condo because it is so centrally located and we can easily ski Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper, Keystone, Breckenridge, or A Basin. We also selected this condo because the clubhouse offers better amenities than any other complex in the area. With its indoor heated pool, indoor and 3 outdoor hot tubs, racquet ball court, tennis courts, steam room, sauna, and laundromat it has everything. Most other complexes we looked at before buying this condo had only one hot tub.
