Long’s Vista Cabin is the perfect family vacation home right at the doorstep of Rocky Mountain National Park. Our comfortable two-level home is built into Eagle Cliff Mountain and offers 1,800 square feet with four bedrooms and two baths. You’ll enjoy spectacular, secluded views of Long’s Peak and Beaver Point from the main living area and spacious upper-level wrap around deck. Located on two acres of land adjacent to the National Park, you’ll witness the beauty of the Rockies right outside your window. Ample wildlife, including deer, elk, wild turkeys and even bears enjoy visiting our property.

The main floor living area is accessed via a set of stairs and features a large river rock wood-burning fireplace, a 32” HD TV/DVD with Direct TV, free Wi-Fi, fully-equipped kitchen, dining table with seating for six to seven and bar seating for two. The deck has a large table with tilting umbrella so you can enjoy eating alfresco, as well as comfortable outdoor furniture where you can relax, read a book or just enjoy the sunshine. Main floor bedrooms feature a queen bed or two twins and a shared full bathroom.

The lower level offers additional family living space with TV and Play Station gaming system, the perfect place for kids to enjoy a break from mom and dad — or maybe the other way around. Both bedrooms on this level have queen beds and share a full bath. The downstairs laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

Relax in the shade on our porch swing as you listen to the sounds of the Big Thompson River rushing over the rocks in the distance. Challenge your friends and family to an old fashioned game of horseshoes, there’s a pit just down the hill from the driveway. Parking at our home is plentiful and can fit four vehicles.

Location-wise, you are merely minutes away from entering the National Park for a day of hiking, fishing, exploring and enjoying all that the Rockies have to offer. If you’re looking to shop or enjoy a good meal out, you’re just a quick five-minute drive from downtown Estes Park. You’ll find boutiques, bookstores and fudge shops run a plenty in Estes. There are a number of eateries downtown, which range from delicious home-style barbeque to Nepalese cuisine for you to try on your visit.

We invite you, your family and friends to experience all the beauty and majesty the Rocky Mountains have to offer from our home. We know you’ll have many happy memories of your time spent here just as our family has and hope you’ll want to return year after year to make more.
