I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Our vacation was great!!! I was a little confused when I got there and people were on the front porch. We realized we were actually in the guest house!! Loved the house but the front door needs to be fixed. It is very hard to get to open.

Cute cottage
This cottage is tiny, but uses every inch of space efficiently. It is very convenient to everything, but Seaside is no longer a quaint little town. The street noise, which is no fault of the owner, is annoying. Noise from loud vehicles playing music on 30a and pedestrians yelling continued until midnight some nights.
The rental management company was great!
