Jazz’s Leafy Retreat is a well equipped home in a fantastic central Dunsborough location. Just a couple of streets back from the town’s main beach, it’s also walking distance into the centre of Dunsborough for morning coffees, groceries or dinners out. STRA6281TVML02VG

Set on a large leafy block with ample lawn out the front and back, this home has space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Little kids and teenagers will enjoy the separate games shed out the back, complete with ping pong table, foosball table, dart board, and a selection of balls and racquets for more holiday fun.

The rear yard is also enclosed, which means parents can relax while little children are playing.

The layout of the home is simple. The master bedroom and ensuite are upstairs, with the remainder of the rooms downstairs.

A slow-burning wood fire keeps the house lovely and warm in winter and is a joy to come home to after a day out exploring the region’s wineries and many attractions. The house also has reverse cycle air-conditioning downstairs so that you can be in complete comfort at the push of a button.

Please note that there is no guest wi-fi.

Note: There is a sunken lounge area adjoining the dining table and kitchen, so guests must take care due to the split level flooring. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are quite steep also.

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than three cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

Coastal midges and mosquitos are a part of life in the South-West, especially at dusk. They are very attracted to inside lights at night.
We recommend that you keep doors and windows without screens closed to avoid insects entering the house. The best health advice is to wear long, loose clothing when outdoors and use insect repellant.
