Nestled next to Chinamans Reserve looking towards Arthurs Seat, and across the road from Capel Sound Foreshore, you can't beat this location and outlook.
Stunning sunrises every morning from the front bedroom and living area.
If it’s tranquillity and bird watching you enjoy, step out onto the generous deck.
At sunset, grab a bottle of wine and head over to watch the sun go down over the water each night.

Two generous size bedrooms with really comfortable Queen beds in both, new linen and bedding. Dressing Gowns provided.

Great Stay

Cannot say enough good with regards to our stay at Capel Sound. The Apartment had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The beach was beautiful and only a short walk away, restaurants and shopping also close by. Our hosts were very nice and easy to deal with, would definitely come back again.

An outstanding apartment with fabulous hosts. Close to everything we needed, including shops, restaurants and central to every local attraction you can think of. Rob and Leigh live on the Sunshine Coast and love the Mornington Peninsula. Wefamily living in the area. This beach house is our holiday home, we love everything about the area. The wineries, cafes, beaches and community.
We travel a lot ourselves, and stay in similar accomodation all over the world.
Location is key.

Why they chose this property

We have family living in the Peninsula, so have spent a lot of time enjoying everything the Peninsula has to offer.
We bought this apartment to enjoy ourselves at any time of the year.
The location is perfect!
You can walk to so many good restaurants and most things are a short drive away.
We love the community feel, the wineries, the cafes, the restaurants, the views, and especially the sunrises we experience from this apartment.

What makes this property unique

The view from the Living room and front bedroom sunrises :-)
Sit on the balcony and bird watch...Kookaburras, magpies, rosellas, doves, currawongs, cockatoos, Pee Wee's, so many species. A fully protected area from rain and beautiful breezes.
Just a stones throw to the beach and great places to eat.

And the location, less than 100 metres from the foreshore to experience a Peninsula Sunset.
