Independently owned and operated by Jim and Joan Lutz. Lake Gaston Lodges offer vacationers a comfortable, enjoyable restful stay. Built in 1998; Lake Gaston Lodges has 60 acres of private property.

Great location for family reunions, church groups, scouts, clubs and other social gatherings. Enjoy the lake and all the activities that it offers at affordable rates.

We offer 3 individual style cabins situated in groups of 5. Stocked fishing pond (catch & release) near cabins. A winding path leads to the waterfront and boat houses with lifts and electricity. County maintained boat ramp is just 2 minutes away. We offer secure parking for your boat and trailer.

Enjoy swimming at our private sandy beach with picnic area and fire pit. Roast marshmallows at the beach campfire, relax and watch the sunset from the observation deck.

We also have a private beach & pier, observation deck, *covered boat slip w/elec. There are 2 kayaks and 1 canoe available for all guests to use (first come) and also some life jackets.

*Pets are welcome (some breed restrictions-inquiry first). They must be leased at all times when outside. This is to insure safety for everyone. Please clean up after your pet on the property (especially at the beach area). In order for us to continue welcoming pets, please follow rules.

We had a great time. Was a short Weekend getaway as a family.. cabin floor was sandy, but we quickly learned why.. the ground right outside is very sandy. We swept and all good!

Quiet and relaxing

Cabin is as described with the basic amenities needed for a short stay. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, and fire pit was nice. We loved how quiet the property was and how the water access with swimming and launch access was private feeling and not busy with too many boats. Easy check in and out process, despite a little confusion about which cabin we were in, but property managers were around and quickly resolved the issue. Enjoyed our stay! Thanks Jim and Joan!

Nice short stay

My husband and i stayed for a couple days. The cabin had everything we needed and the site was very secluded from neighbors. The cabin is somewhat outdated, with pretty old appliances that worked just fine. If you are traveling with a avid Hockey fan, you will need to bring your own TV. There is a shelf with a power outlet and what looks to be a cable hook up Or you can drive down to The Point where you can eat great food and watch the game, they will turn the TV to what ever channel you want. The boat dock is awesome and we had plenty of places to launch our kayaks & places to fish under cover when it rained. I would travel here again, no worries.
