Kamahana #15 Townhome "Hale Nene" Beautiful Ocean & Golf Course Views!

Open concept island style Kauai vacation rental with private covered lanai and gorgeous golf course and ocean views on the 15th hole of the Makai Golf Course.
Enjoy making dinner with beautiful views from the kitchen, the kitchen cabinets are newly refurbished, and equipped with a new stove and refrigerator. Enjoy ocean views while dining or while relaxing in the living room or on the covered lanai where you will see dolphins, whales in season (December through May) and Albatross nesting February through July.
The upstairs master suite with a king bed is an open space with a sitting room and bathroom. The second bedroom with a Cal king bed is downstairs with sliding doors for privacy.
Kamahana 15 overlooks the Prince golf course, and ocean views.
There are 2 full bathrooms. Tradewinds, ceiling fans and pedestal oscillating fans help keep the condo cool.
Princeville shopping center is conveniently close by, there is the foodland grocery store, shops and restaurants.
This location is close to Hanalei bay, Kalihiwai and Anini beach, just a short car ride away.
Accommodation includes, wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, blender, 12 cup coffee maker ,Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and beach umbrella, a great place to stay!
To access the upstairs bedroom, you must be able to go up and down one flight of stairs.
As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is not air conditioned, however there are fans in each room and screen doors on the lanais to help with airflow throughout the house.

Great location in Princeville

Great location to everything the North shore has to offer. Plenty of room for everyone with lots of outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful views! Kitchen is stocked nicely as well. We would love to come back!

Kamahana 15

Great location with wonderful ocean views from the lanai. Close to beaches, hiking trails, golf etc. Condo furniture is dated but comfortable.

Comfortable and Beautiful Location

Kamahana 15 was spotless when we arrived. We loved looking out over the golf course and all the birds, including a nesting albatross. Great supply of beach gear, thank you. Upstairs suite is wonderful. We'll be back!

Perfect location!

Lori was very helpful contacting me as soon as I landed. Checking in was a breeze. We started our trip staying here and enjoying all the north side of the island has to offer. This place had great views, just like the photos show. Everything you need is here and there are great walking trails and roads to enjoy. The rainbows and skies are so beautiful here from the patio. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful vacation

The condo is well located, has a good kitchen with utensils, and plenty space for accommodating 2 couples. There is great ventilation and comfortable couches and chairs. The one problem is the ground level bedroom. The mattress needs to be replaced having lost support in the center and the ceiling fan does not work.

Good place and Great Lori, the manager

This place is good, and Lori was awesome. Very helpful, mostly quick to respond and proactively cooperative. The view is awesome too, with Pacific ocean looking at you from about a kilometer away or so and with golf course in your front when you sit on a comfy sofa is a pleasure. As regards Lori, I must say she was very nice. We were not able to watch on the smart TV they had, so next day, she got a new TV installed. That shows how good she was. We would certainly recommend and we would also come back here, if and when we decide to return. Thanks Lori for all the good work you to to help your customers. .

Needs a little work

This was a lovely location, nice views, and condo was very comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Don't buy beach chairs as they provided us with over 6 chairs already from previous visits. The condo needs serious updating- Carpets, broken windows with no locks. Outlet in both bathrooms did not work. Kitchen needs new cabinets or at least refinishing. The potential for making this a 5 star destination is there- just needs some TLC. Although we enjoyed our stay, for the price I think we expected a little more modern accomodation.

Fabulous Location

The location is fabulous. The listing, though should say that the primary master suite/sitting area is on the second floor. The second bedroom is on the first floor and opens directly onto the living room. Also, this bedroom does not have an attached bath. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The unit was fully equipped. It is a little run down and we were never able to figure out the TV.

Nene crossing and more!

We had a wonderful vacation in Kauai and the condo made it that much better! Perfect location in a quiet setting but close enough to the action. We especially enjoyed the extras like the beach and picnic gear - the sunbrella saved our beach day! The coffee grinder and full-size bath supplies were a special touch. We enjoyed reading the welcome book and would have liked to add to it - suggest bringing a pen. The view is wonderful - we'd stay here again!

Only small drawback was figuring out some light switches and bathroom shower. Very friendly, helpful, professional management team. Easy, convenient parking. Pool is a bit small, but location is very close to a number of great beaches. Lovely resort community.

It was a lovely home with personal belongings of the owners which made it more special. The kitchen was wonderfully well equipped. It is on two levels with a sitting room and one bedroom on the second level - this allows for two separate spaces which is lovely.
