Pelican's Landing is situated on Shore Drive, a popular area of Myrtle Beach. Across the street from the popular 'Ocean Annie's Beach Bar' and a few beach steps from the Apache fishing pier. Complex features two pools (courtyard & beachfront) with clean men's and women's restrooms by the courtyard pool. Building has elevator and multiple large luggage carts for easy move-in. 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo just across the street from the ocean with an ocean view! 2nd floor end unit with lots of windows and natural light. Condo sleeps 8 people (king bed, full bed, 2 twin beds and sleeper sofa). Unit also includes full-size washer and dryer, wet bar, Cable TV in all rooms (Smart TV/DVR in living room), fast WiFi and balconies off living room and primary bedroom. The main living/dining area, all bedrooms, half bath and all flooring have been updated.

Close to the famed 'Restaurant Row' that serves some of the best seafood in South Carolina. Close to the Myrtle Beach Airport and over 100 golf courses.

Minutes from the Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach shopping/dining and entertainment spots.

Entertainment in these areas features the Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, Pelican's Minor League Baseball, House of Blues, Hard Rock Cafe, Myrtle Beach Skywheel and many other options for adults, teens and families with children.

Communication with Carly was good, she was prompt in responding to emails or texts. The condo is 6 buildings away from the ocean and the “ocean view” is limited. The condo could use a thorough cleaning and update. The microwave could be replaced as it has rust and signs of wear and tear. We found dead cockroaches and three live cockroaches with one being at least an inch in size.

We apologize that the condo didn’t meet your standards and had you reached out at any point during your stay with an issue we would have addressed your concerns as soon as possible. The condo was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival as it is before each guest’s arrival. We have also made multiple updates recently including new flooring throughout the entire condo, repainting all the bedrooms, main living space and half bath, all appliances with the exception of the dishwasher have also been replaced. The condo is also sprayed monthly for pests, though it isn’t abnormal to still see them. They are very common in the south but we do understand they are unpleasant.

Our stay was great start to finish. Communication with Carly and Bob was flawless. Carly responded immediately every time. The jewel of this condo is the proximity to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed the pool as well. The condo was well stocked and had access to many stores and restaurants!

Great location and wonderful hosts!We had a wonderful family stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect—right by the beach and pool, and surrounded by tons of great dining and entertainment options.The owners were fantastic hosts. Their communication was excellent, and they responded incredibly fast whenever we had a question or needed assistance.The only reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 was the initial cleanliness upon arrival. It looked like the cleaning company rushed through their job, as we were missing basic essentials like garbage bags, toilet paper, hand soap and towels, and found a few leftover items (like fake eyelashes) from previous guests. A couple of amenities, like the shower curtain and medicine cabinet, could also use a little refresh.However, when we notified the owners, they immediately stepped in and got us the supplies we needed. We highly recommend this place for the amazing location and the top-notch hospitality!

Great Stay

The condo was very clean, check in was simple and so was check out. Had a very small issue and it was taken care of quickly. Beach is a short walk and my family loved it. We would definitely stay here again when we come back. Thanks for the great stay.

Week visit for high school baseball. Great location, quite, easy 20 minute drive to Cal Ripken with out all the craziness of Myrtle Beach hotels.

Really enjoyed staying at this condo, it was only a short walk to the beach, the pool was kept clean along with the picnic area, and we loved ha ING a screened in porch. Condo was exactly as described and very clean when we arrived.

We loved it, again

We are Robert & Carly Johnson and currently live in Saint Augustine, FL. Robert is originally from Philadelphia and Carly is from Buffalo. We were married in September of 2012. We welcomed our first child, a boy, in March 2017 and our second, a girl in June 2019.

Why they chose this property

Robert has been traveling to Myrtle Beach with his family since he was young. The entire family still takes a vacation to Myrtle Beach every other year so everyone can spend a week together. Choosing Myrtle Beach as the location for our vacation home was an easy decision.

What makes this property unique

We chose this property because it's in our favorite Myrtle Beach location. It's the perfect family area and centrally located minutes from all the great entertainment/shopping/dining hot spots. The complex has a great pool and offers a relaxed setting but is just steps from the beach and a beach bar/live band should you choose. We've put a lot of work into the place and look forward to updating the condo over the years for an even more enjoyable experience for all.
