This may be the most gorgeous VRBO I have ever booked. Patrick was amazing; the house is stunning and in a fantastic location; his attention to detail was superb. Highly highly highly recommend for anyone needing a beautiful space in the Newport area.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this house during our summer vacation in Newport. The house was clean, spacious, well stocked and perfect for my husband and I and our two kids (5 and 3 - who loved the outdoor shower!). Patrick was awesome and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay!

Love the property! So happy with our stay and how easy the process was to check in, it was a well-stocked home with lovely details, plus the proximity to coffee shops / the beach was great. we have young children and they slept through the night here - which is a 10/10 rating for us.

What a great vacation spot!

The house is well-located, extremely clean and comfortable - even better than the photos! We loved being close to Newport and the best Middletown beaches! We will definitely be booking this house again!!

House is very visitor friendly. We have three kids 3, 12 and 14 and plenty of space for us all plus a great bakery around the corner.

We loved it here!

Gorgeous house! Loved it and would definitely stay here again, .the owners were so friendly and accommodating.....they also left us A welcome note with recommendations for places to eat and activities near by! Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything......can’t wait to come back!!!

The house was beautiful and decorated with a nautical theme. We did drive to downtown and it took us less than 15 minutes to get there. The host was exceptional. His responses to our questions were always timely. Definitely would recommend this home
