Roomy, convenient place!

We had a delightful stay! This ground floor flat is spacious, with a big living room and--especially useful for parents with children--two separate bedrooms quite far apart from each other. The location is great, not far from Ballard businesses on one side and Shilshole (Ray's Boathouse, etc.) on the other. We met John, one of the owners, who was friendly and helpful. If we manage to return to Seattle, we'll try staying here again!

We stayed in this comfortable apartment for a long weekend to visit family! We have stayed in many VRBO properties all over the world and this one was one of the cleanest and most comfortable places we’ve ever stayed! Ingrid and John were such gracious hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed and more! The location is fantastic and yes, very walkable to shops, restaurants and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly come again! What a great spot right in Ballard!

Great neighborhood spot- 1/2 block to coffee, restaurants, and 15 minute walk to Sunset Park! Close to the Locks, downtown Ballard, Shilshole Bay, Fisherman's Terminal, etc. Nicely appointed and plenty of room for our family of 5. Off street parking right in front. Owners helpful, but not intrusive.

Wonderful place

The place was perfect for our visit to Seattle. Short distance from my son in Ballard. Waking distance to a charming local market. All the convenience we could want. The washer and dryer were a nice amenity. The weather was so beautiful, I hope you will consider adding some chairs outside, maybe on the side of the house, to enjoy sitting outside during the mornings and evenings. Would love to stay again on my next trip to Seattle.

We(two moms) came to visit our married children. This location was perfect for us, close to or kids, but also in a great neighborhood in Ballard. We were a quick walk from great restaurants, shopping and the Sunday market. The home itself was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Everything was brand new-the beds super comfortable!! We loved the gas fireplace and had a cozy fire anytime we were home. Our hosts had a great binder with suggestions on activities by season. We loved our stay here and will definitely book again if our kids stay in the area!

I loved my stay here! The area was downstairs in a beautiful house in Ballard, in a beautiful area of Seattle. The living area was very quiet, clean, maintained, and peaceful. I ADORED the layout and the fireplace! It felt just like home. The owners were also VERY helpful and friendly! There is also so much to see and great places to eat in the area. I will definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in the Seattle area anytime soon. I recommend this spot for anyone and everyone!!

Very comfortable, cozy and bright 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Ballard. Enjoyed visiting with friends in front of the lovely fireplace! And most of all a very good night’s sleep in super comfy beds. Very convenient location close to The Locks, Golden Gardens and the Ballard town center full of shops, restaurants and cafes - a prime Seattle location, also not far from downtown Seattle.
