Welcome to Hill Top Water and Bush Views, a stunning two-story holiday home located in the picturesque town of Sussex Inlet. With its ideal blend of tranquillity, breathtaking natural surroundings, and ample space for up to nine guests, this holiday home promises a memorable getaway.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon is available.
- No Garage Access
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed and No Wifi

Inside
As you step inside, you'll find yourself on the first level, where you'll discover a cozy and well-appointed bedroom, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. A convenient bathroom awaits, offering privacy and convenience.

The first level also features a charming kitchenette, for preparing light meals and snacks. Gather around the dining table for a delightful meal, or relax in the inviting lounge room, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. From the lounge room, you can access the backyard.

Moving up to the second level, you'll be greeted by an open-plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, allowing you to simply enjoy the convenience of preparing home-cooked meals.

Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area, you'll find another lounge room. The second level also houses three additional comfortable bedrooms, ensuring everyone in your group has their own private space. A second bathroom is conveniently located to accommodate the needs of the guests on this level.

Outside
To take advantage of the picturesque surroundings, Hill Top Water and Bush Views feature both front and back verandas. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the front veranda, taking in the scenic views. In the evenings, unwind on the back veranda, savouring the serenity of the water and bush setting.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Pleasant stay

I believe ensuring the cleanliness of the beds before guests arrive would greatly improve the overall experience. Apart from this initial hiccup, everything else was wonderful and contributed to an enjoyable stay for our family.

Great place .

The house is awesome. Enough space for children to run around and people to socialize.... Few things to improve. provide better beds for master bedrooms. kettles, the microwave seems too old...The location is 45 minutes to Jervis Bay beach which is only 5 minutes if you cross by boat or walk on water....lol...But in case you looking for a spacious, ample car park and quiet place, this is the place to rent.

Just great overall

Great neighbourhood location, close to the river and shops. Enough room to park car and boat. Beautiful view out the back. Fully equipped. Would definitely stay again.

A great place for our family of 6 to holiday. The home is spacious and uncluttered and the kitchen has all the utensils, cutlery and crockery a family needs. Peaceful location with nature at your door but still handy to all that Sussex Inlet has to offer. All the comforts of home!

Clean, Comfortable and Lots of Space

The house had loads of accommodation and was very well equipped. We loved that beds and pillows were comfortable and everything worked. It was clean and uncluttered. The upstairs 2-way bathroom with separate WC & sink was very convenient for our large group. The area is quiet & outlook over parkland is lovely. Would stay again.

Spacious with a lovely view

Spacious living areas. Very clean and well setup for dining and relaxing. Lovely outlook through the trees to the Inlet from the verandah. Gets the cool breeze. Good location near town for bike riding and walking. Peaceful and very comfortable. We enjoyed out stay a lot.

Lovely place to stay

We had a lovely stay in this house. There was plenty of room for all of us (2 adults and 5 children). It was clean and well cared for with all basic essentials.
