Sunny, warm, spacious 3 bedroom house ( 4 bedrooms on request) and 2 bathrooms with a spectacular outlook over Parua bay. Situated 7 minutes walk from the Parua bay shops (Four square, cafe, bakery, Bottle store and hairdressers). Very large flat lawn for cricket, croquet or soccer, BBQ area

10-15 minutes drive from 3 of Northlands spectacular beaches. and 25 minutes to Whangarei central.
