With spectacular views from the wide surrounding deck and spacious living/dining area and master bedroom you'll feel like you're staying on the beach! It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Ideal accommodation for 6 adults, 2 bathrooms a bonus as was private drive and no road frontage, 5 minute walk to everything and good family area, plenty of appliances and kitchen needs.

Super spacious, simply furnished beach house with lovely views over the water and opposite the awesome swing bridge café. Not glamorous but everything you could want

Lovely ocean views

The house is definitely better suited to a group or family and friends with some children. It could sleep 9 - we were only 4 adults. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue (large bundle of hair in en suite bathroom) and a large canvas roof covering over the barbeque was bulging with wet leaves and debris which dripped on our heads while barbequing. The main bedroom has a very uncomfortable bed and mattress.

We enjoyed our stay (6 adults), house was clean and comfortable with ample eating/cooking commodities, 2 bathrooms a bonus as was no street frontage to property. 5 minute walk to everything and good communal family area.

This is a big house in a fantastic location. It is a bit tired and dated and worn. It does have everything you need and is a very practical beach house.
