Best In Town
Have stayed here with the children and grandchildren
for the last ten years, everything you need right at your fingertips.Park the car and relax, Great views from huge private deck, well set out and spacious.

Fantastic Location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the location with beautiful ocean views, directly over the road from the beach with beautiful park lands & in the shopping, eatery area.
Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms & a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed. Fantastic sun drenched deck with barbecue & outdoor setting & recliners with the best view. Ample off street parking.

Location Views Location Views
Great place to have a relaxing holiday. Amazing ocean views, best spot on the main street and spacious interiors with lots of sunlight. We have stayed at many apartments on the great ocean road and this one by far beats the rest. Only dissapointed that the oven and dishwasher were not working.

The apartment was great - spacious and had everything we needed. Location is brilliant, barely used our car the whole week, and loved being able to see the beach all day every day! The only exception for us was that it is not exactly set up for little kids (balcony railing is very low, a few nails coming up on the balcony that stick into little feet, no railing on the top bunk bed), but I’d definitely recommend for families with kids a little older.
I never wanted to leave! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, in the perfect location and had everything that we needed. And the balcony and view... cannot be beaten. We cannot wait to return!
Excellent location, very handy to the beach, shops & restaurants. It would be handy to know beforehand that face washers are not supplied.
We had a great stay
We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The views were great and position perfect. Only downfall was the hot water, there was minimal, the water pressure of the showers was not great which made it hard having children. The internet access was also minimal which made it hard researching surrounding restaurants and tourist attractions. We would return and hopefully these things would be fixed.

Great Location
Great location, deck was the highlight. The living area and kitchen were fantastic. Two of the bedrooms were great. The third bedroom had a bunk bed which was rickety and the mattress' were very uncomfortable. Regardless of the third bedroom being uncomfortable we would defiantly stay here again but would only come with another couple. Would use the third bedroom for family and friends that might drop in for a night not a week.

Great location
Very comfortable. Such a great location - it certainly is 'central beachfront!. It was so nice not to have to get in the car each time we wanted to go out. This property is great for two couples, as the third bedroom has bunks. A couple of things were missing from the apartment but the agency fixed that up for us super quick. I would re-book.

Great little apartment
Great location right in the centre of town. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable and a great deck with a beautiful view of the foreshore.
Only critism would be the showers-as many other reviewers have commented, in a nutshell they suck. Would be great if owners did a little work to improve the flow/pressure/comfort of them.
Shampoo and conditioner as well as cooking oil, salt etc just the basics would have been handy too.

Amazing place to stay, exactly like the pictures and would definitely go back! The location is right on the beach, spacious enough for my family of 4 plus 2 friends. Only downsides is 2 of the 3 bedrooms dont have aircon, only fans so its quite muggy in there. Also the place has no Wi-Fi.

Fantastic View Of The Beach!
Brought my family to Lorne during their visit to Melbourne. Great location as it was our first time there and it was just a perfect spot where all the cafes, restaurants, and local pubs are. Very convenient place with a fantastic view to the beach! My siblings loved the cockatoos that came to visit us every morning, especially my dad haha. We all loved it! Best for taking photos without have to go to sanctuary! Absolutely loved it. Will definitely go back there in summer time and will definitely recommend it to you all! Don't miss out!!

Great Property and Location
Had a great time at One 36. Location directly opposite the beach and above the shops in the main street are the biggest selling point. Plenty of space for the family. Only issue is some of the appliances are getting very tired.

What a view!
Great property for views and location. Property in the main was tidy and clean but could do with a good go over ... Not ideal for little kids as stairs has no way of being secured.

Great location and stunning views
Enjoyed being in the middle of Lorne with a very short walk to patrolled surf beach and kids playground, plus all the restaurants and cafes right on your door step. The deck off the living space was a highlight of the property.
