Tastefully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-storey townhouse with lovely ocean views and amazing central location. Multiple living areas including outdoor entertaining deck and downstairs rumpus room is great for families, as is the close proximity to the river mouth and beach.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Is not what it shows

We arrived to the property to find out that linen and towels were not provided, call the manager and didn’t answer. The kitchen was not properly cleaned with the oven tray quite dirty and old that we couldn’t cook on it…quite disappointed stay, will definitely not recommend this place..

Great location ..suited for our family catch up

Overall really happy with the location and house.. great set up for a family..cleanliness of house not as good as we had hoped ..traces of sand throughout the house prior to our attendance ..overall a very enjoyable weekend!!

Comfortable family house with nice ocean views

Comfortable, bathed in natural light, in a quiet area but close to all town amenities. Highlights include the huge upstairs deck with views of the ocean and a second down-stairs lounge area.

Just what we were looking for

We had 2 exchange students from Canada staying with us. They loved the house especially the ocean views and its proximity to the beach. The owners were supper accommodating of our needs and we really appreciated being offered a late check out. I would highly recommend this house.

Relaxing Holiday

The is a great house, with excellent views and a short walk to the beach. It's an easy living house and is very well serviced all needs covered. It's a lovely relaxing family home that is well looked after by all those who have stayed here. I love this house, as it's a straight walk to Erskine bridge and down the beach in either direction. It's a warm inviting home that will have special memories for family and friends who stay at Lorne.

Can't wait to come back!

This is our 6th year staying at this property for 2 weeks over the Christmas/New year period with our family. It is in a great location an easy walk to the beach and town center which was good given how busy Lorne is at that time of the year. We loved sitting out on the big deck looking at the uninterrupted views of the ocean. We found the property to be very clean and well maintained on our arrival. There were plenty of plates, glasses and pots and pans which was appreciated and the beds were very comfortable. We also liked having the two living areas the kids enjoyed being able to watch a DVD on the downstairs TV while we sat upstairs. We look forward to coming back next year!

Great view from balcony, house was dirty and bbq wasn't in condition to use. Could definitely do with having some work done.

Nice house but pretty dirty

We loved the location and view however the wasn't clean. There was dust everywhere eyes saw and even more under the beds. The bbq was also extremely dirty.
