A lovely designed, 3 level townhouse situated in possibly the most sought after location in Lorne. Enjoy the lovely ocean and treed outlook from the deck and living quarters.

A 10 minute walk will get you to all the cafes, shops and restaurant, as well as the main beach. Ideal accommodation for families, Maddlyn is simply all you need to enjoy your beach escape.

Espresso machine available - Nespresso pods are required

Firewood is only supplied from May to October.

Just a few general words about the property.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

this property was well setup and with great supplies. BYO linen was ok as the bed configs were well described. Bathrooms were really fresh and clean.

Great location, but had cleanliness issues

The property was dirty when we went there. We spent a couple of hours cleaning, so we could stay. There were unclean plates in the drawers, greasy drawers in the kitchen, stained benches / coffee table, hairs on surfaces/beds, fridge was greasy, bed tops were not apparently washed for a long time, etc. However, the property manager offered cleaning the next day, but we had already cleaned. On the other hand, great location, quiet neighbourhood, only minutes walking distance to Lorne centre and the beach, fireplace was pretty relaxing, bathrooms were newly renovated, there were new appliances in the kitchen.
