Our neat and cozy 3 bedroom home with a large decking overlooking and surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden. Our woodfire Conara keeps you cozy on them cold nights with a fresh sea breeze.

This intimate home is located in a quiet street and has a large front and back yard, with secured fencing which makes it a perfect and safe environment for kids to play around in.

Within a 5 minute drive you can reach the Koonya General store, Blairgowrie and Rye shops, Rye carnival and the front beach.

The space

The eminent Peninsula Hot Springs and well known golf courses are within a short 10 minute drive.

Award winning wineries are within a 20-25 minute drive from our beautiful place.

The generous sized lounge has a split system to help stay cool on those extra warm nights and a Coonara to warm up next to in the winter nights.

Free guest WI-FI, NBN, DVD Player with a selection of movies, board/card games are available for entertainment.

All bedrooms have BIR's
* Main bedroom has a Queen bed
* Bedroom 2- Two single beds
* Bedroom 3- Double bunk: double bed on the bottom and single bed on top.

NOTE : Doonas and Pillows provided, with extra blankets. Linen provided.

The laundry is within the bathroom, laundry amenities like a washing machine, iron, ironing board and close hoist are provided

A nice sized kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, appliances, crockery and utensils

The meals area holds a 6 seater dining table and 2 bar stools facing the alfresco and is stationed next to the kitchen.

All Alfresco doors can be opened to allow a nice Summer breeze to drift through the 'zen' room. Whether you're wanting to raise those feet and get lost into the most recent best seller or you're among others laughing and enjoying company, this room is suited for all.

Love the table tennis table

This was the perfect short stay for the kids and myself. The table tennis table and selection of games meant we had plenty to do when we were just hanging out at the house. The house was super clean and Nathan was a communicative and helpful host.
