Capture a lovely sea breeze from the north west balcony or take to the pool to cool off even more during those gorgeous summer days. Guests can watch the whales during migration season (July to October) or enjoy the ships glide past as they travel along the Queensland coastline.
Relax with breakfast on the balcony, or watch the ocean from the table at dinner time. A second small balcony sits off the 3rd bedroom where you can enjoy the afternoon sun.
The kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances and comes complete with a microwave and dishwasher. A small laundry nook is located in the hall where you will find a washing machine and dryer.

Great views of both Kings Beach and Happy Valley from the balcony. Car park was too low to use for my vehicle and there was a lot of steps to get to the apartment even though it is on the lower level.

We had an issue with the TV aerial lead which needed to be moved often to get a clear picture, particularly on ABC and Ch7. Cold tap washer in the bathroom basin is vibrating and needs replacing. Unfortunately we had a lot of noise and dust in the last few days due to renovations in the next unit.

Disappointing
The unit was very well located and had a wonderful view. However the maintenance of the property was awful.
Faulty light switch, missing globe in bathroom, told property manager, they informed me it had not worked for 6 yrs. The timber floor was buckled, no expansion joint so timber lifts up by 80 mm, tripping hazard, no AC, fans supplied but totally rusted out, missing fly screens, tiles coming off the wall, large crack in bedroom door, shower door catches broken, handle broken on dryer with sharp edges, bed base fabric ripped. Basically no maintenance. Emailed the property manger, no response.

Beautiful view
Property and location was excellent. There was a problem with the cleanliness. Many cooking/eating items were not clean in the cupboards and drawers. The washing machine had a filter full of sludge. I let the property managers know, cleaned them myself and enjoyed a great stay.
Lovely view.Nice kitchen, lovely balconies.Just a couple of disappointments. attention required to light switch in ensuite. Door to balcony from 3rd bedroom wont lock. 2 comfy chairs were difficult to get out of due to age and wear and tear. All this was raised at the Agent.Great place otherwise.
