Ocean Front Resort - 2BR Condo -Near the Pier - Tiki Bar - Pool - Game Room

This property is located directly on the beach in the beautiful ocean side city of Cocoa Beach. The property offers stylish updated accommodations filled with a variety of conveniences and an excellent location.

The two bedroom condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and dining room for up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king size bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Maximum occupancy is six people. Each bedroom has a TV. Guests can enjoy the ocean view from the private balcony.

This property has activities for the entire family. After spending the day at the beach, guests can go for a swim in the pool, grab a drink or refreshment at the Tiki bar, play poolside bingo, play billiards and ping pong in the game room, and children's activities in the activity center. Guests can also enjoy the numerous amenities including basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball, fitness center, sauna, onsite restaurant and daily scheduled activities.

Guests may use basketballs, tennis, pickleball and ping pong equipment at no additional charge. There's an activities desk to help you get the most enjoyment during your vacation.

Guests may rent beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for a fee (based on availability).

*PLEASE NOTE: The property assigns unit numbers (including floor) in advance of arrival (for all guests). These units are not individually owned and have the same kitchens, bathrooms, bedding, decor, etc. All units are alike and can be located between the second and seventh floor. All units have an excellent ocean front view except for the units on the second floor. The second floor has a limited ocean view due to a protected sand dune with palm trees and sea grape trees that limit visibility to the ocean. Guests may request a high floor in advance of their stay. Please note while every effort is made to accommodate requests, requests are not guaranteed.

Discovery Beach Resort will be undergoing a roof replacement project beginning April 27, 2026. The project is expected to last approximately four consecutive weeks, weather permitting. Work will take place Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00PM.

We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.

The room and resort was sufficient for the price and was just enough for what my group was looking for during our stay in Cocoa Beach. The ONLY and BIGGEST issue we encountered during our stay and are still dealing with weeks after was the fact that one of the toilets broke in the middle of our stay and flooded one of the bathrooms. Maintenance fixed it promptly the next morning and our towels used to stop the flooding for the time being were replaced with clean ones. Our issue lies with the 180 charge we received after our stay for the broken toilet we were not responsible for breaking, and the management staff has been nothing but lacking and unprofessional in my multiple requests and efforts to get in touch with Valerie Anderson, the general manager, to dispute this unreasonable charge. It’s been weeks, and she continues to fail to respond to my emails and calls. It’s so unfortunate that our rather enjoyable stay had to be characterized by this situation outside of our control and the staff’s sheer unwillingness to assist in resolving this issue. I would not recommend staying at the Discovery Beach Resort, unless you can bet on everything being perfect, otherwise the staff couldn’t care less about doing right by your stay.

Chillin in Cocoa Beach

We loved the relaxed atmosphere of the Discovery Beach Resort! All the amenities gave our teenage boys fun things to do! The staff at the resort were super friendly, welcoming and helpful! All the rooms are beachfront so everyone gets a great view! My husband really enjoys fishing off the pier, but with the new updated pier and renovations, restaurants, and shops there is no fishing off the Cocoa Beach Pier. We made fishing happen off the shore instead. Overall we were very pleased with this rental!

Loved it!

We loved our stay in your condo. The communication was fantastic! The beach view was beautiful, and the breeze from the ocean was perfect. Our teen boys spent many hours playing beach volleyball or surfing/skim boarding, and they also loved the basketball court and weight room. The restaurant in the building served amazing food! Probably the only negative for us was that the waves were too choppy to surf fish in, but we did catch some fish at a local park. We had a great week and hope to be back some time!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay once we could check in. The listing said that check in time was 4pm. We got there a little after 4 and they did not have our place ready for us. They said that it would be another hour, which we were not the only ones. Also, the front desk lady at check in was very rude. Once we got checked in the rest of the stay was great. Our condo and the complex was very clean. Our family had fun at the beach and in the pool. We got to see multiple satellites being launched which was really cool. We would definitely go back but this time we will be mindful that we may not be able to check in at the time that it says.

Great location and good times

No complaints other than the bedrooms were warm but the living room and Kitchen area stayed cool. The restaurant and bar shut down 2 days after we got there. Would’ve made since to shut it down during the off season. Overall good experience. Great location and my family and I had a wonderful time.

Great Family Friendly Property

We really enjoyed our stay here. We have two kids ages 3 and 5 and they loved the pool and game room. The oceanfront view from the balcony was beautiful. We found the beds comfortable and slept well. There were some cosmetic upgrades that could be made to the unit, but these did not affect our comfort or enjoyment of the property.
