Excellent Stay

The Parashes’ property was perfect for us. Lovely house - very well presented, with traditional architecture, nicely and modernly furnished - open and bright inside with great access to the deck, garden and pool. Tennis on the other side of the lane was great. Our hosts weee very responsive to our needs (not that we were needy).

Fantastic month away!

We stayed at Mark and Ulricha's house in May 2021 and had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, well-stocked with all the essentials and perfect for our family. We loved the backyward, trampoline, heated pool, and the tennis courts across the street. Mark and Ulricha they were great hosts and very responsive throughout our stay - from questions about the area to fixing small things (HVAC, pool heat, etc.)... we couldn't have asked for more. We hope to return next year!

Unforgettable 2 Weeks

We stayed for 2 weeks and 3 weekends and had an unforgettable time. The house very comfortably slept our family and several guests - any given weekend we were 8-10 adults and 2-5 children. The house is better, bigger and more beautiful than advertised on the website. The location is really perfect - walking distance from town, short drive to the beach and on a dead end with a town park and tennis court across. The Parash family is incredibly responsive and helpful, and the house has all the amenities we could hope for in a Hamptons rental.

Idyllic stay that met all our expectations!

We stayed for one month and it was overall a fantastic experience. Big house, sunny backyard and nice size pool. Loved the deck for outdoor yoga, as well as reading and relaxing. Nice size bedrooms and common area for our family of 5. Close proximity to quiet beaches and town for shopping and restaurants. Owners were very welcoming and helpful with any questions. Highly recommend!

Wonderful getaway

This house was even more cozy, pretty and comfortably furnished than I imagined. We never went out to dinner, we cooked each night and the kitchen was perfect for a group to mingle, chat and enjoy being together in a really great setting. The owners were VERY VERY helpful in advance with some additional things we wanted to do (ie: massage, yoga, energy healing treatments) and provided lots of info to help me plan an amazing weekend for my sisters and best friends. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking at wanting to spend quality time with the people they are traveling with. Location was great, a short bike ride to the most beautiful beaches and a quick bike to town. Weather helped because it was a perfect fall weekend and chilly enough to have blazing fires in their living room fireplace each evening. We would definitely all rent this great home again!

Beautiful Summer Getaway in Southampton

Beautiful house in one of the best locations in the Village of Southampton. The owners are wonderful and extremely accommodating. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable and spacious. The outdoor space was very relaxing and private making feel like a great summer escape!

We are a local family who enjoys living in Southampton year-round!
You can find us at the beach most days during the summer- especially if the waves are nice. We own a business in the Village, so we are always available if you should ever need anything.

Why they chose this property

This house is so special to us because it has allowed us to raise our 2 children in a safe, quiet environment. Having a park and tennis court across the street means there is ALWAYS something to do or new friends to meet. Kids can be kids and ride bikes, walk or play with friends without worrying about dangerous traffic. This has been our family home since the day it was built in 1970. It had a full renovation in 2016, but has retained its charm.

What makes this property unique

The cul-de-sac setting and park across the street make this the ideal place to spend a summer with your children. We are within biking or walking distance of 3 village beaches- Cooper's, Halsey Neck, and Cryder. Our house is also perfect for the surf enthusiast. We have a surfboard rack in the garage for your convenience, and some of the best breaks are less than 2 miles away!
