Beachfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath townhouse condo in the center of beautiful Longboat Key, an island just a few miles north of Sarasota. LaPlaya Condominiums provides a private beach, sheltered pool with sundeck, and beachfront grills so you won’t miss a minute of the sunset. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and all linens and beach towels are provided. Welcome to our island-style living!

Our condo’s open floor plan is comfortably appointed to reflect the sand and sea view from the spacious living/dining area and kitchen, with a screened beachfront lanai and convenient first-floor bathroom with shower. The second floor features the master bedroom with king bed and a balcony perfect for sunsets or dolphin watching, and twin beds in the guest bedroom.

Carefree décor brings the beach right inside with the soft blues and yellows of sea and sun. This townhouse has spacious living/dining area with fully equipped corridor kitchen on first level, and two carpeted bedrooms on second level.

Needs a new couch

The property itself is nice. Took me a few to find the light switch for the bathroom. (outside in the hall in the middle of the wall) The bedrooms were okay. It was a little cold the first night and I got some extra bedding from the closet for my child and found that the blankets were old and ripped. The Master bedroom was nice with great views. The couch definitely needs to be replaced. It smelled like dirty feet and the cushions are finished. A little be of money put into this unit could bring the status to 5 star.
