Hobart CBD is a 15 minute drive, Mount Wellington 25 minute drive, Port Arthur 70 minute drive, Richmond Historical village 10 minute drive, MONA 30 minute drive and the Huon Valley is a 40 minute drive.

I lived and worked in the UK for 12 months and have made 2 return visits in recent years. I live on a 40 acre property where we have thoroughbred horses, sheep, chickens and a small vineyard.

Why they chose this property

The property is close to Hobart but offers a unique lifestyle. The house is very large so we divided into 2 sections enabling me to open one section as an accommodation wing for others to enjoy what we have.

Cornwall Cottage is located in an ideal area being close to Hobart and the airport and offers a quiet peaceful setting for guests to sit back and enjoy their surroundings.
