This Studio is in a peaceful, area with easy highway access. Enjoy a very comfortable gel queen bed. And your own thermostat.

Your studio is completely private, no sharing a wall plus you can park very close to your own entry door and a privacy fence surrounds your own little yard.

Absolutely no smoking.. implanted alarms will sound if you smoke indoors. Owner lives on premises. but you don’t share a wall.

Close to Opry Mills shopping center and many restaurants. An easy 17 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Simple highway access to any direction.

Microwave, Counter-top Conventional Oven, 2 Single Counter-top Burners, and Refrigerator. Stocked kitchen utensils, pots pans. Fast WiFi & Roku TV channels with Peacock.

Perfect! The studio is well furnished, comfortable, and clean. It is located in a great neighborhood. The directions and instructions for entering and leaving are clear. The host checked on us to make sure everything was fine. We were able to get a car service quickly. Highly recommend for a couple.

This private studio was a fabulous find for a night in Nashville. It met all our expectations and more. The host has thought of every detail from extra towels, fresh fruit and water, to blankets, etc. Communication was both timely and easy. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood; we felt safe the whole time. Prior to our stay, I had read the reviews on the bed, and they were not wrong. The gel bed is absolute comfort. If in the area, we will definitely stay again and will recommend to friends. This is VRBO at its best. Happy to give it the highest stars possible.

Opryland’s hideaway

Just around the corner to all Opry land attractions. Cute radio studio decorations and all the necessities made this a really comfortable place to stay while my husband and I were in Nashville.

Cute Music City Studio

This studio apartment was so cute. Decorated with music memorabilia and just perfect for 1-2 people. The owner is very responsive and took care of the door lock battery within minutes. I truly appreciate the fact that she changed the lock code for each party arriving. Gives you piece of mind.

Great, Quiet getaway

This rental is in a great residential location for the Opry. It is a short 15 minute uncongested ride to downtown. The owner is very helpful if you just ask. The place works just fine for two and is very clean. The bed is of good quality, also. My wife and I had a great time and will refer to others. Thanks

We booked this for our long weekend trip to Nashville. We didn’t want to stay downtown but still wanted to be close to it as well as the Opryland Hotel and mall. The location is convenient to both downtown and Opryland. This studio is by far one of the nicest places we’ve rented through VRBO. It is stocked with everything you could need during your stay. Tammy is very accommodating and available if there’s anything you need. We even had a few snacks waiting for us when we checked in. The decor is so cozy and everything was spotless. This is a great find for anyone looking to avoid staying in a hotel, and is more affordable than the majority of the hotels in the area. Book it today, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you Tammy! We hope to visit again soon! :)

Perfect for my husband and I!

My husband and I loved our stay here. It was perfect for just the two of us! The studio was very clean upon arrival. Everything we needed was provided! It had a ton of closest space with hangers provided. My husband loved how comfy the loveseat and recliner was, he told me he wanted to buy them lol! Also, we loved the music themed decorations. Tammy was super helpful if you needed her. She even texted and checked on us after our first night stay to make sure everything was okay. Opryland was super close! It is amazing how close you are actually! The drive to downtown is not bad from the location either. You just have to pay for parking. My husband has already said, "We will stay here again when we come back!"

Excellent experience

I've stayed in various VRBO properties for years. This met our expectations and communication was excellent throughout. The rooms were spotless. The bed, pillows and linens were very good quality. Paint, etc. was fresh and in good shape. Frig is small with very small freezer space (basically enough for cube trays), so plan accordingly. Parking immediately outside the door. The space is plenty for two, but I wouldn't try more than that unless the third was a very small child. One thing to be aware of is that the bathroom is VERY small (shower and toilet, sink outside the door in the main space). It's adequate and the shower is nicely tiled, but this wouldn't be a space for someone with mobility limitations or probably someone that is very large. This is directly across the highway from the Opryland Hotel, so it's perfect for an event there. A car will be necessary as the property is back in a neighborhood with nothing in walking distance. About 20 minutes or a little less from downtown or probably anywhere else you want to go with easy access to the highway. Since you're opposite Opryland, even with heavy holiday traffic there, we had delays getting on the highway. Tammy had made a suggestion for Merchant's downtown for dinner and it was excellent. Would definitely stay at this property again any time.
