The Space:

Snow settles quietly along the fairways as the mountains rise beyond the windows, creating a calm winter backdrop just outside your door. After a day exploring Whistler’s trails or village, the warmth of the indoor fireplace and the glow of the home theatre invite you to slow down and settle in. Evenings might end in the private hot tub beneath evergreen trees, while quiet mornings begin with coffee as winter light stretches across the golf course.



Living spaces

Set beside the first tee of the Nicklaus North Golf Course, this two-level chalet offers inviting spaces designed for gathering and relaxation. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views toward Whistler and Blackcomb, while natural stone accents and exposed log beams create a true Whistler chalet atmosphere. The formal living room centers around an indoor fireplace and entertainment setup with surround sound, making it an ideal place to unwind after a day outdoors. A separate home theatre provides another cozy spot for movie nights.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen brings everyone together with a spacious layout that keeps conversations flowing while meals are prepared. With a Wolf gas range, center island, and generous counter space, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and shared moments. The nearby dining table seats eight, positioned beside wide windows overlooking the fairway. Just outside, the patio offers outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill for year-round use when weather allows.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, four bedrooms provide comfortable spaces for up to 10 guests.



The primary suite includes a king bed, fireplace, TV, and private sundeck with scenic views of the surrounding landscape. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, deep soaking jacuzzi, and a glass-enclosed steam shower.



A second bedroom offers a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom includes a king bed and a bathtub and shower combo. The fourth bedroom is designed with families or groups in mind, featuring two bunk beds, a TV, and a relaxed lounge area with bean bags and a sofa.



A powder room is located on the main floor for added convenience.



Amenities

The home includes Wifi and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair for guests who may need to stay connected. Bedroom and laundry amenities include a free washer and free dryer in unit, clothing storage: closet, and essentials. Bathroom essentials are provided for convenience throughout your stay.



Additional amenities include a safe, private entrance, self check-in with smart lock, and home safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.



Outdoor living

The backyard offers open grassy space and a patio or balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking the golf course. Surrounded by evergreens, the private hot tub provides a relaxing place to unwind after time spent exploring Whistler’s winter landscape.

The home places you close to Whistler’s experiences while still offering a peaceful retreat beside the golf course.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
