Bright 2-Bdrm Suite on 10-acre Ocean View Property

Our property is 10 min from the ocean with amazing views. The new modern 2 bdrm suite features beautiful hardwood floors, a full bath with soaker tub, unique bedrooms with a sloped roof & skylights + a wonderful, fully equipped kitchen. The private entrance has a large cedar deck. The living area has a modular sofa and ottoman that you can arrange. The lamb’s wool rug adds a very cosy feel. Plenty of storage & everything you need for a short or long-term stay :)

This beautiful 'piece of heaven' is part of our 10-acre property, built atop a mountain, with spectacular, expansive views of the ocean, mountain and islands. We have several dedicated guest seating areas on our property and guests are welcome to explore all over.

Our lovely 2-bedroom suite can accommodate up to 4 adults and one small child or two adults and up to 3 children. NOTE: The couch in the living room is not long enough to accommodate an adult, but there is ample room for a small child, as cushions can be removed to make it the full width of a single bed.

There is also a fully equipped desk and comfortable office chair, suitable for business visitors.

Each room has its own thermostat, so you can control the room temperature. We ask that guests turn down the bedroom heat when the room is not in use.

Laundry services are available on-site for guests staying a week or longer. Please give us at least one day's notice. There is a laundromat in Sechelt.

There is a BarBQ on your deck and the property has several fire pits available for guest use (when campfires are permitted).

NOTE: our TV is intended to be used to stream services like YouTube, Prime or Netflix which guests have their own subscriptions to. We do NOT have regular TV channels.

The light-filled suite features real hardwood floors, hot water radiant heating, sloped ceilings, a modern European-style kitchen, a desk, comfortable and flexible living area, opening skylights in the bedrooms, a very large window near the expandable kitchen table as well as your own cedar deck (facing East) for your enjoyment.

Our fully equipped kitchen has a 2-burner induction cooktop as well as a convection microwave oven, which can be used to cook both traditionally as well as via microwave.

We have also equipped the kitchen basic ingredients like spices, olive oil, and sugar.

For families travelling with young children, we have a high chair, travel crib, changing pad and stroller available upon request at no charge.

This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

Check-in time is 3PM - 8PM and check out by 11AM

This is a beautiful, peaceful, suite that is fully equipped. We want you to feel completely at home here. Please treat the house and property with respect. Please take shoes off and conserve energy & water. We live on the property and host other guests in our home, so please be considerate of noise levels.

No perfumes or smokers please due to allergies.

Pet(s) live on the property - We have a gorgeous cat and two young, friendly (great with kids) Australian Shepherd dogs. They are free to roam the property near the house.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged.
