About this property

This master suite is a great big private loft with brand new everything. Giant tall ceilings and a bouncy new rug with lots of great zones and things all around. Whatever you're working on; this space is going to be super awesome for you and one that you'll remember as the standard. Brand new bathroom with Shower, Galley Kitchen with most all one would need. An 8 foot bean bag, conference table. Sofa futon with lounge table. King size bed . Theres a great sound system and Keurig coffee maker.

Perfect location for a weekender

This was the perfect place for our short trip and we had 5-minute access to everything we needed in Burlington. Everything was clean, comfortable, and functional. Would be happy to come back

Home away from home

I was in the area for a 3 day craft show and needed someplace affordable and close by to stay. This location was absolutely perfect and exceeded my expectations. The property manager was on site when we were there one day and he made sure to ask us how things were going and see if we needed anything. He showed us the workshop that he has on the property and then showed the event rental space that is also on the property (which would be perfect for a small get together with the bar space, comfortable furniture, area to relax and watch TV and then there is plenty of space for everybody to crash upstairs afterwards!) The space was very clean and tidy and came equipped with most everything you would need (he stated that he was in the process of adding a microwave). You could tell the space was recently renovated to be more modern updated and it was a job well done. Overall, very pleased with this space and would stay again if ever in the area.

Overall OK

The location of this property was great, within walking distance to downtown Winooski. The space itself was unique, comfortable, and clean. Be aware that there is an event space in the basement of the same building that can be rented out for late night parties, it is not sound proof, and their speaker system can cause the walls to shake until 2 am. Jon refunded us for almost one night’s stay since we couldn’t sleep on a Saturday night due to a party in the basement, which we appreciated, but we never heard back from him after calling and texting. If that experience hadn’t occurred, we would’ve given this place a 5 star review.

Nice place to stay near Burlungton

This is a newer property and owner is still making upgrades. We'd stay there again. Very comfortable bed. I'd rate it 41/2 only because there are a couple of improvements yet to be made and I could tell he wanted feedback of what things could be made better. Way better than a hotel. We loved it and if we are back in Burlinton, that's where we'll stay.
