About this property
Lower Paradise Log Cabin in Moose Pass
The Lower Paradise cabin was built in 2019. It is the perfect Alaskan adventure base awaits at this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental cabin in Moose Pass. Six travelers will enjoy the close proximity to all the attractions of the Kenai Peninsula. It’s the perfect retreat for a family vacation or a friends getaway since this cabin is just 10 minutes from Moose Pass and Cooper Landing. Explore ‘The Last Frontier’ with a drive south to Seward or North to Denali National Park!
If you are looking for a unique and spacious cabin to relax and recharge in a beautiful mountain setting, you've found it! Private, yet convenient to all the Kenai Peninsula has to offer. This cabin is immediately adjacent to the Moose Pass swimming hole and often in the summer you will hear the joyful noises of kids jumping off the diving platform.
This beautiful log cabin tucked away in a wooded setting will charm you the moment you pull in the driveway. The property is calm and quiet, however, please note that the cabin is fairly close to the Seward Highway and during high traffic times (mid-morning and mid-afternoon), you will hear traffic-related noise from the highway. We assure you that in the mornings and evenings, the noise quiets down.
The Lower Paradise Log Cabin is directly adjacent to the Upper Paradise Log Cabin, HA property no. 4524018 which can be rented, if available, and would be the perfect compliment to a large group traveling together. The two cabins now share a driveway but have their own parking and are completely separate.
This cabin is private, clean, cozy and perfect for a couple or small family looking to experience the many activities of the Kenai Peninsula. This log cabin has everything you need, beautifully built, cozy Toyo stove that provides perfect warmth. The cabin itself is spacious, clean, nicely decorated and really well-kept. And the beds are brand new and top quality. Out the front door, there's a deck with a BBQ and lounge chairs.
There is a queen bed in the upstairs bedroom, a trundle with two twin beds in the upstairs reading room/office and a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom. The living room is open to the kitchen and has a dining set for six people. The cabin has quality furnishings throughout with hand chosen furniture, bedding, appliances and décor. We perform a quality check on the cabin prior to your arrival, which will ensure you of a wonderful experience.

This home/cabin is beautifully decorated with original artwork, making it a real Alaska experience. The interior is clean and comfortable. It's in a private location away from commercial activity. The surrounding mountains are splendid. We saw about 15 mountain goats on the one west of the cabin.

Our visit in early June was so memorable. Just an incredibly breathtaking view. No better place to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning. Many personal touches that give it a homey feel. Very clean. Loved taking the boat on the pond. Would highly recommend! Great communication from host!

Thank you for your feedback, Greg. We’re glad you enjoyed the home and found it to be a convenient location for exploring the Kenai Peninsula. We’ll review how the water feature is represented in the listing to ensure expectations are as clear as possible.

Why they chose this property
We built this cabin on our property to be a winter getaway for us. It is behind the Upper Paradise Log Cabin, which we own and manage as well. We simply outgrew the old cabin and needed a larger space. This property is the perfect location for anyone looking to experience all the Kenai Peninsula has to offer because of its central location. There is no better place to enjoy the outdoors and all Alaska has to offer.
What makes this property unique
We love Moose Pass and we especially love our property. We have 8 acres that we carefully manage to ensure that we have a place to recreate with seclusion. The front porch is a great place to sit, relax, and stare at the beautiful mountains as you unwind from a busy day.
