About this property

Great Beach Apartment one block from the beach!

This 1 bedroom newly renovated apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and accommodates up to 4 guests. Property offers high-speed wi-fi, TV, iron and ironing board, beach chairs, umbrella and other essential amenities. The living room has a queen size sofa bed and the bedroom contains a very comfortable King size bed. A laundry room is available in the building.

Decor is fresh and modern and is apartment is located in a safe and secure building just one block from the beach.

The building also has an elevator. Please note that the elevator and laundry room are owned and operated by the building and not by me, so any issues will be down to the building staff and out of my control.

Great value in North Beach

Overall it would be hard to get a better apartment at this price. The building is not the nicest but the unit is updated and well maintained and the kitchen more than sufficient for a vacation week. Great bakeries and restaurants within 5 minutes or less. 3 minutes walk to beach.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

I was surprised to find a beach rental that was so clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the communication response time was quick and courteous. The A/C, internet, elevator and hot water were all reliable. The closest parking place I could find was five blocks away, but the beach was quite close and there were many casual restaurants nearby.

weekend miami getaway :)

this was an amazing place to stay in north beach! only two blocks away from the beach, honestly can’t get a better location. many restaurants right down the street and a lively area, but still peaceful and quiet. the hosts were great! they did quick necessary maintenance right when we got there and communication was wonderful. can’t recommend this place more!
