Certains éléments insuffisants : manque de savon lave vaisselle, papier hygiénique, climatisation déficiente, pas assez d'eau potable pour le séjour, coffre fort non fonctionnel, pas de chaise longue ou de hamac (comme annoncé) chaises extérieures très inconfortables. Environnement et confortable général pour parfaits.

Wonderful guest! Friendly, respectful, and very easy to communicate with. They took great care of the property and left everything clean and organized. I would happily host them again and highly recommend them to other hosts.

January 2020 Stay

We stayed 3 months at Lorena Ochoa. It is a well maintained property, The grounds are well kept. Condo Maxim E305 was beautifully appointed, just as pictured. The swimming pool is huge and sparkling clean.If you are staying any length of time a car is a necessity.There is a lovely restaurant at a sister condo complex, Mareuzul. The food is amazing. I would return.

The apartment is great! It was seamlessly clean and super well equipped with everything necessary. The communication with the host via the app was timely. Check in and check out was super easy. I would definitely come back! The only downside is that the only way of going to the beach is through the “beach club” which forces you to pay a daily fee (we managed to access the beach without paying though) but it would be nice that the beach club service would be free.

The place was comfortable. Nice and modern furniture, decor and amenities available for our use. I would definitely come back. I would recommend it for guests looking for a private place if renting a vehicle. The resort is only 10 minute drive to Playa del Carmen.
