Boasting high ceilings, a large open floor plan and polished timber floors, guests will love the space at Clique 2. A complimentary wi-fi completes the package. Create magic in the kitchen, with loads of light and space, and access the private outdoor balcony through large glass doors. Sleep easy in 4 large bedrooms, with an extra large master suite with ensuite, or take a soak in the deep freestanding bath in the main bathroom.

Meander outside to sit beneath the covered outdoor decking area, share meals al fresco style and relax in the small, 1m deep plunge pool surrounded by tropical gardens.

Clique 2 is 1 of 4 apartments within the complex, 3 of which can be booked through A Perfect Stay. Sitting in one of Byron's premium streets, just a few moments walk to Main Beach and the centre of town, Clique 2 is the perfect location for a Byron Bay break. Leave the car in the garage and walk to world-class surf, shopping, dining and entertainment.

Living & Dining:
Spacious and airy, the open plan living and dining space at Clique 2 features polished timber floors, high ceilings and ample windows for lots of natural light. Three sofas beckon - read your holiday book or relax with your choice of streaming service, with complimentary wi-fi. Reverse cycle air con in the living room will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. Share meals at an 8 seat dining suite, just off the kitchen area.

Cooking:
Creating culinary delights is easy at the stunning, modern kitchen in Clique 2. Bright and spacious, the cooking space features top of the range stainless steel appliances, with island bench and seating for 4.

Sleeping:
Carpets welcome guests in the sleeping space.

Bedroom 1 (master, mezzanine level): 1 x king bed with ensuite and air conditioning
Bedroom 2 (mezzanine level): 2 x single beds (can be made into a king) with ceiling fan

Bedroom 4 (upstairs): 1 x queen bed with ceiling fan

Bathrooms:
Clique 2 has 2 full bathrooms with a marble look interior. The main, shared bathroom features a shower, vanity and deep freestanding bath, the ensuite has a shower and vanity and there is a separate toilet downstairs.

Outdoor & Pool:
Soak up the holiday sun on Clique 2's timber decked outdoor space with outdoor dining and BBQ and relax in the private plunge pool, framed by landscaped gardens
Please note, the plunge pool is in not a hot tub or jacuzzi, and is small in size, with a depth of 1m.

Parking:
Clique 2 has a double lock up garage with parking for 1 x large car or 2 x small cars. Please note parking in the garage is tight and there is no on street parking available.

Pets:
Clique 2 is a pet-friendly property - pets are welcome at this property but must abide by our terms and conditions. Please advise us at the time of booking or prior to arrival if you are bringing a pet with you.

Location:
Located in one of Byron's most premier streets, Clique 2 is conveniently close to everything, with Main Beach only a few moments walk away, as well as Byron Bay town. Enjoy world-class surf, shopping, dining, live music, markets and attractions all at your doorstep from Clique 2.

Suitable Booking Groups:
With 4 big bedrooms and a central location close to beach and town, Clique 2 is perfect for families or couples away with friends. For a larger group, Clique 1 and Clique 3 may also be rented (subject to availability) for added convenience.

Very user-friendly property for family holiday. Spacious, adequately fitted out, comfortable. Good location - close to walking path, farmers markets, beach, restaurants etc. Easily accommodated the 8 family members and friends. Enjoyed our short stay very much.
