This is a very well equipped, spacious, and cozy cabin in a wonderful setting. The location is great to hit the cross-country skiing. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone. Looking forward to booking it again next year.

Thank you for staying with us Michael, we hope to host you again soon!
Our stay at this cozy cabin was perfect for our group of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids) and a dog. The kids slept in the loft area, and they enjoyed playing up there too. Rooms were quaint and comfortable. Bathrooms had heated floors, clean, and nice thick towels. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Parking space was adequate for 2 cars outside, no garage. The neighborhood was safe and convenient location for skiing and shopping center. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Very nicely put together place. Bathrooms remodeled and were great. Loved shower in master suite. Well equipped for making meals. Bed in master suite really comfortable. We brought our dog and really appreciated the not through street. Very little traffic and very quiet. It was close to Tahoe Donner Xc center which was convenient. Great stay would definetley stay agsin. Rental property managers were very helpful and responsive.
This house was just the right size for my family of 3. It was a snowy weekend and we enjoyed a lot of snow play in the front yard. Quietest street I've ever been on!
The loft was a huge hit with my 9 year old. The stairs were a bit slippery with socks on, so hold on to that railing. We would definitely return in the future. Thank you for keeping such a sweet house.

Sweet Cabin on the best street in TD!
Friends & family joined me over a work weekend in Truckee. We were excited to find this pet friendly cabin near where we wanted to be. It has been recently done over, which made it feel fresh. The ceramic tile that looks like wood in the main bath is a great look. The towels were fluffy and plentiful. The kitchen was well stocked and everything, except the dish brush, was easy to find. if you have fat fingers, it can be a bit tricky getting the key out of the lockbox, but persevere. The management company had said that WiFi info would be in the cabin, but there were no instructions. Thankfully, our phones found the wifi and we were squared away. I think it would be nice if the instructions were clearer. The fleece throws were cozy to wrap up in on the couches, and the TV had plenty to offer. They have made the most of a smaller cabin. would be happy to recommend this cabin to friends.

Thanks for your feedback. Since there is no password and the info is on the electronic info sheet, we thought it was clear...but we'll make it more noticeable! Thanks for letting us know and we are happy you enjoyed your stay!
This cute cabin is actually far nicer than the photos depict. The loft is quite large, yet a wonderfully cozy place to hang out and work remotely. The downstairs bedrooms are both private, and the two bathrooms make it work well for a group beyond a couple. We ate in every dinner, and the kitchen was wonderful. New cookware and ample dishes, glassware and all the utensils you'll need. Most of it seemed new, actually, and remodeled. The showers were dreamy. The snow was wildly deep, so it covered many of the downstairs windows. That made for a pretty dark dining room table, but otherwise it was wonderful. The street is quiet, and quite a ways from Northwoods, the main road up the hill from Truckee. The location was perfect for taking in the epic snowfall this year, and for walking the streets and seeing all the snow accumulated on everyone's rooftops. The furnace ran a lot to keep up with the winter temps (and isn't quiet), but we were there in the middle of a series of storms, so very little sunshine to warm the place. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, which is a bit unusual, but all in all we really loved the place and highly recommend it! We'll be back!
This is a great value and a cozy home. We used to live in the Tahoe Donner neighborhood and we love all the outdoor activities and opportunities available. The host communication was excellent

Thank you so much for your review and feedback! We really appreciate it.
My husband and I spent two nights at this lovely home. The house is beautifully decorated with comfortable, inviting furniture. The bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms had nice, fluffy towels and a great shower. We had a little problem with the Wi-Fi connection so I sent a message to management and since it was Friday night, I didn’t expect to hear back until the next day but I got a phone call right away and the problem was easily solved. We’ve stayed at many houses in Donner and this one is on our “great rentals” list. We highly recommend this home.
We had a great stay, nice furniture, large TV with high speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen was nicely stocked with spices and everything you need for cooking. I was working remotely while the family played and it was so nice to work from the dining room. Looking forward to our next stay!
We have rented several properties on VRBO in the Lake Tahoe area and this is one of our favorites. Quote from my husband "One of the best-stocked kitchens for a rental property I've ever been to". The house was comfortable, the bathrooms newly updated and we all had a wonderful time. Very peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely rent this home again.
Our family of 3 loved this cabin. Very clean and newly remodeled. The kitchen was truly fully stocked and with everything needed for us to cook Christmas dinner. We didn’t need to use the upstairs loft but for a larger group there are plenty of beds. No garage but that wasn’t a problem for us even though it snowed quite a bit while we were there. Great location on quiet dead end street.
