A wonderful weekend in Rome

The host was very friendly, accommodating and informative. The property is in a very central location, within a reasonable walking distance to many of the major attractions in the city of Rome. We would definitely choose to stay there again on our next visit to Rome!

This was a nice apt that gave us room to spread out. The only downside was there were no instructions for the washer dryer.

Excellent location but needs TLC

Giving this property 3 stars only because of location. Communication with manager was perfect. The apartment needs a lot of attention with repairing the chandelier and dusting cobwebs, patching holes in the walls, and painting throughout. It’s such a nice property but severely neglected. If you choose to book this property, take plastic utensils ( only 4 forks ), dish soap, paper towels, and wash detergent. You’d think there would be a day or 2 use starter kit. Instructions on use of the washer in English would be very helpful.

The location of the property is amazing, and definitely the best part. the downside of the location is the noise since the apartment is about a block from a main street and there were constant sirens throughout the night. The apartment is cute, it’s a bit rough from rental wear and tear and would benefit from a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. The amount of dust buildup on the chandelier in the living area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Shampoo and soap were provided, but there was no dish soap or a sponge to wash dishes, no extra trash bags, and not enough trash bins to separate the trash into the 4 or 5 different categories of trash. It would be nice to provide these basic things so guests don’t have to buy more than what is needed for a stay of a few days, and the cost would be minimal.

appartement très bien situé pour la découverte de Rome, bus à proximité et commerce de dépannage. Appartement propre et confortable mais un peu bruyant . On aurait aimé une éponge et de l'essuie tout ainsi qu'un petit fond de cuisine.

Great central location and value

Walking distance to most of the main attractions. Do look at a map to go towards Trevi or Spanish steps, the path is super fast but a bit tricky. Going to the Colosseum/Forum is really easy. Very good and helpful host.
