Free use of the swimming pool from mid June to mid September. A strategic arrangement to sea, spas, mountains, shopping at the Fort where the Sunday market is an absolute cult, a base for visiting the marble quarries of Carrara, to buy the Lard, Pietrasanta, the Versilia, Viareggio: all unmissable Tuscany! A step away from the excitement and nightlife of Versilia, but also from the private clinic of St. Camillo Victoria Apuan Pediatric Hospital and Pasquinucci Mass. The apartment located on two levels consists of two bathrooms, bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, electric oven, microwave, freezer, tv, dvd, dvx. Total beds 4 + 2, as in the living room there is a sofa bed. Nice, comfortable and functional. Nearby children's playground, supermarket, bakery, bar, bakery, bank, post office, hairdressers etc. etc . AVAILABLE: for short summer season 2018

Semaine à 4 personnes bien trop chère pour les prestations proposées.Points positifs :- propriétaires sympathiques et arrangeants- appartement très propre- piscine de la résidence superbe - lits confortables- tout le linge est fourni- plage à 10-15 min à pied,5 min en véloMais beaucoup de points négatifs :- à 100m d'un aérodrome qui est une base de secours pour l'hélicoptère de la sécurité civile qui tourne jour et nuit...la résidence étant indiquée calme dans l'annonce, ce n'est pas vrai, nous avons été réveillés chaque nuit par les décollages et atterrissages.- appartement et équipements très vieux, voir rouillés- odeur de renfermé et humidité- appartement non fonctionnel ni pratique, il faut monter un escalier très raide pour accéder à la terrasse (certe très sympa) , donc compliqué pour les repas- équipements et meubles très modestes et peu nombreux (on ne s'attend pas à ça pour deux mille trois cent euros!)- facturation du wifi en supplément- facturation de l'éléctricité en supplément ,45 la semaine ! Alors que nous n'avons rien utilisé à part les douches chaudes,LV et quelques lumières (nous n'avons pas utilisé la climatisation)- salle de bain: douches minuscules qui doivent dater de plusieurs dizaines d'années et non adaptées (environ 70 sur 70cm ), des pommeaux fixés au mur, donc impossible de se doucher correctemnt, ni de bouger dans la douche.- indiqué 100m carrés, mais en comptant la terrasse d'au moins 50m carrés!

(Fast) perfekte Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar für einen Vorrat an Mülltüten war gesorgt. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Auch alles in den Schränken war top sauber und konnte bedenkenlos benutzt werden, das haben wir schon anders erlebt. Die Sonnenterrasse ist riesig und bietet viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Tania und ihr Mann Maurizio waren jederzeit erreichbar und immer sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend, das war besonders wertvoll für uns. Auch das Begrüßungsgeschenk hat uns sehr gefreut. Kleiner Minuspunkt: Der Wohnblock (Residenz Henderson) bedarf einer dringenden Sanierung. Der Putz an der Außenfassade bröckelt und Feuchtigkeit ist eingedrungen, was man auch in der Wohnung und in den Möbeln riecht.

Grazie mille di tutto. Anche noi ci siamo trovati molto bene con voi, siete persone eccezzionali, educate, precise. L'appartamento è stato rilasciato in ottime condizioni e soprattutto molto pulito (cosa che succede difficilmente!!!) Per quanto riguarda la ristrutturazione del condominio Henderson Residence posso anticiparVi che è programmata per il prossmo inverno quindi speriamo che dalla prossima stagione estiva il residence torni nel suo splendore. Grazie ancora e se un giorno vorrete tornare sarete sicuramente degli ospiti graditi!!! Un abbraccio Tania

Bon séjour

Appartement fonctionnel situé dans une belle résidence calme. 2 belles terrasses . A louer de préférence pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants . Piscine grande,surveillée et calme . Vélos gentiment prêtés par la propriétaire permettant de se déplacer sans soucis dans le secteur doté de pistes cyclables sécurisées . Plage à proximité. Le seul bémol : petit aérodrome à proximité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour
