Bright apartment near the beach of 50 sqm on the first floor, with large terrace facing the sea with veranda, habitable and equipped with table and chairs. The apartment occupies half of the floor and has windows to the east, south and west so the sea breeze and the nocturnal fan so that the apartment is always well ventilated. You enter the living room with dining table, sofa, dresser, satellite television, large kitchen with upper and lower doors well stocked with kitchenware, flatware glassware and cutlery, hob, built-in washing machine, fridge / freezer, microwave , Coffee maker, toaster. Spacious double bedroom with dresser and bedside tables. Room with bunk bed and two drawers. Bathroom with shower, washbasin with furniture and large mirror. The building dates back to the old hamlet and has been recently renovated, from the electrical and water systems to the roof, which is isolated from the ceiling. The town is quiet, the position of the apartment is in the center, in front of the beach, 20 meters from the bus stop for Ravenna and in a few hundred meters there are restaurants, pizzerias, piadine, shops, a small but well stocked market, bar, ice cream parlor, bank, pharmacy. Pinets, beaches, campsites make Casal Borsetti, located in the Po Delta Park, a privileged destination for outdoor tourism. The natural oasis of Punta Alberete and the valleys of Comacchio, just a few kilometers from the village, offer suggestive naturalistic views. Besides the nearby Ravenna, Comacchio, the Po delta, Ferrara (65 km) and Venice (130 km) deserve a visit.

Very nice apartment for people who like comfortble and quiet place close to the sea.

We like the place which was full of locals. We enjoyed italian food in nearby restaurants or prepared by ourselves from fresh fish we could buy in the town. Apartment was clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed the terrace a lot. Owner is very nice, always willing to help.

Tolle Lage am Meer, aber laute Umgebung

Am schönsten an der praktisch eingerichteten Fe-wo ist die große überdachte Terrasse, auf der man allerdings aufgrund der lauten Umgebung auch nur selten Ruhe hat. Direkt gegenüber ist eins von 6 öffentlichen Strandbädern mit Musikbetrieb und zahlreichen Sportanlagen. 2 Häuser weiter wurden die ganzen 3 Wochen in einem Appartmenthaus von morgens 7 Uhr an mit Presslufthammer und lautem Geschepper die Bodenfliesen der Balkons rausgehämmert. In der Wohnungsbeschreibung stand, dass WLAN vorhanden ist, was NICHT der Fall ist. Die Wohnung hat keinen eigenen Router, sondern nutzte früher das noch geringe Signal des Strandbades, was nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Die Küchenzeile ist zweckmäßig, es gibt einen 4fl.-Gasherd mit Backofen, Microwelle , Toaster, 1Elektro-Herdplatte, Elektro-Ofen. Es gibt KEINEN Wasserkocher und keine Kaffeemaschine. Ein ital. Kaffeezubereiter , den man auf den Herd stellt , ist vorhanden. Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen sind vorhanden, Schön und sinnvoll sind die Insektengitter an allen Fenstern, denn es gibt Mücken hier. Im Sommer wird es nachts selten unter 25 Grad, d.h. man muss die Fenster offen lassen . Eine Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden. Das einzige Kinderzimmer mit Doppelstockbett hat jedoch kein Fenster, was es für die Kinder nachts sicher nicht leicht macht im Hochsommer. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hatte bei Anreise sogar einige Lebensmittel und 1Fl. Wein zur Verfügung gestellt. Achtung: Ganz problematisch ist das Türschloss der Eingangstür, von außen kann man die Tür nur mit dem schwer gängigen Schlüssel öffnen, wenn der aber IN DER WOHNUNG ist , und man sitzt auf der Terrasse, hat man ein großes Problem. Da oft Wind ist, fällt die Tür schnell zu, also Schlüssel IMMER stecken lassen. In dem kleinen Fernseher gibt es ca. 100 ital. Sender, 10 englische, , keine deutschen. Also, VIELE Bücher oder Spiele mitnehmen. Für Erstmals-Italien-Urlauber sei ergänzt, dass es hier völlig normal ist, sich zu jeder Tages-und Nachtzeit laut palavernd stundenlang draußen zu unterhalten.

Familienurlaub 08/2020

Wir hatten trotz Corona einen tollen Urlaub am Meer. Man kann wunderbar mit Blick auf das Meer frühstücken und zu Abend essen. Mittags ist es oft zu heiß. Bitte achtet darauf, dass das Kinderzimmer kein Fenster hat, das steht aber auch in der Beschreibung. Wir waren vorbereitet und es war alles ok. Leider ging der Herd während unserem Aufenthalt kaputt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und höflich. Er spricht jedoch nur italienisch und englisch. Die Terrasse füllt sich bei viel Regen mit Wasser. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Lage mit Blick auf das Meer war toll. In der Strandbar gegenüber war abends Musik, die manchmal recht laut war. W-Lan gabs nur auf der Terrasse, das ist nicht so toll. Wer ein Quartier mit Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer und Terrasse sucht wird sich wohlfühlen. Ein Stellplatz fürs Auto gibt es auch. Vieleicht kommen in 2022 oder 2023 mal wieder. Danke.

Gute Lage für tolle Tage

Das Auffinden des Objektes war sehr einfach - Durch Google-maps wussten wir, wonach wir Ausschau halten mussten. Die Sauberkeit des Objektes könnte besser sein - die Vormieter hatten ihren Restmüll nicht entsorgt, auch das Geschirr war teilweise ohne Abwaschen in die Schränke gestellt worden. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Verpflegung und anderen Lebensmitteln war toll. Als Empfang wurde uns eine Flasche Wein und Wasser in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Auch Milch, Gewürze und viele weitere benötigte Dinge waren vorhanden. Das Auto auf dem eigenen Grundstück abgesperrt zu wissen, war ebenfalls sehr positiv zu bemerken. Die Lage des Hauses selbst bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und andere Aktivitäten. Die Terasse ist sehr groß und schattig bespannt - wunderbarer Ausblick auf den Strand und das Meer. Merci, Mr Stefano. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre maison, qui est agréable et bien équipé. Pour ceux qui aiment la plage, elle est juste en face. La casa è accogliente, ben disposta, pulita e attrezzatissima.

Io e la mia famiglia (2 adulti e 2 bimbi piccoli di 3 anni e 4 mesi) abbiamo abitato la proprietà dal12 al 26 agosto 2017. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'ampia terrazza vista mare è impagabile. L' interno della casa per i suoi50 metri quadri è molto spaziosa e confortevole. L' accoglienza del proprietario la si vede anche per il fatto che ci ha fatto trovare già un po' di spesa: pasta, passata, latte, caffè, condimenti, zucchero, bottiglia di vino, ecc. La cucina è ben attrezzata e in casa non manca nulla, si trova dallo scottex al bagnosciuma, dai detersivi ai fazzoletti di carta. Se proprio dovessi trovare una pecca, direi la scalinata un pochino scomoda per il passeggino. L'ubicazione è ideale, a pochi metri ci sono tutti i servizi: banca, farmacia, supermercato, panettiere, fruttivendolo, ristoranti rosticcerie, bar, ecc. Ci si trova proprio di fronte alla spiaggia (2 minuti di numero) sia libera ( un pochino sporca, tanti mozziconi di sigaretta) sia attrezzata. Se penso a Casalborsetti non è paragonabile agli altri lidi ravennati o a Rimini come eventi, però si può trovare una gran pace e i bagni organizzavano spesso serate. Inoltre la confusione si poteva trovare a pochi minuti di macchina. Siamo stati felicissimi della scelta fatta e speriamo di tornare il prossimo anno.

nous avons beaucoup apprécié

L'appartement est très bien situé, en face de la mer et de plusieurs restaurants. Chaque restaurant de bord de mer a sa propre place de jeu, idéal pour les enfants. Nous avons été très bien accueillies, le propriétaire nous avait acheté du lait et plusieurs petites choses pour déjeuner le lendemain. L'appartement contenait du café, des condiments, de l'eau, un demi melon. Nous avons trouvé très généreux de sa part. Cela nous a évité de courir chercher un supermarché pour faire les courses. Le lieu est en général calme et tranquille. Il y a des animations le week end. Les seuls points dérangeants; nous entendions souvent du bruit venant du restaurant d'à coté très tôt le matin et souvent tard le soir et la chambre des enfants ne contient pas de fenêtre. Sinon nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort de l'appartement et notre séjour. Nous reviendrons sûrement!
