Marco was a wonderful host. Easy and prompt check in. You simply can’t beat the location of this property. It’s walking distance to everywhere you want to be. Our only complaint was some noisy neighbors one night. Otherwise, a quiet clean and well appointed property. Very spacious, comfortable bed, good water pressure and a washing machine! Would rent again!

Great location!

My teenage daughter and I stayed for three nights. Marco and Vera were wonderfully helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean and the location is fantastic, about a 5 minute walk from the Uffizi.

Great location in Florence!

The property and unit all very good. We very much enjoyed the room, itself. The location was only a 2-minute walk from our daughter who was studying in Florence for the semester. Most of the tourist attractions were less than 20 minutes away.

Florence Apartment great for families

We’d give the location 6 stars if we could. Easy walking distance to all major attractions on both sides of the Arno. The apartment is large and well equipped. The host, Marco, was very helpful with instructions getting to the apartment and moving around town.

Loved our quick trip to Firenze. Great location. Apartment on two levels was nice. A/C was not working but our weather was cool so not an issue. The entrance to the building and hallways were a bit dingy but the apartment was neat and clean. Thank you Marco for such a nice place.

Perfect Florence location

We had a fantastic stay in Florence. The apartment was comfortable and clean. It was wonderful to be right on the river and just steps from the Ponte Vecchio. All other sites were also easily walkable without staying right in the center of all of the hustle and bustle. We had a great time in Florence & hope to return one day. Thank you, Marco (and Vera)!

Great apt with a great host. Only drawback was the loud noise from the hvac system that runs all day but shuts off at night. That’s the only drawback. Otherwise great apt.

Perfect location by Ponte Grazie! Easy walking distance to all major museums and churches.

This is an amazing find. The location is perfect and the apartment is updated and very comfortable. The building is older and the hallways could use an uplift but once you step through the door to this apartment you will find everything you need.
