Un angolo di tranquillità

Bellissima proprietà, dotata di ogni comfort; cucina ben attrezzata, ampio giardino e portico godibilissimo in un contesto che garantisce massima tranquillità. Spiaggia facilmente raggiungibile in soli cinque minuti in bici.

Kein wirkliches Wohnhaus

Die Lage zum Meer ist perfekt. Aber die Räumlichkeiten eignen sich nicht zum Wohnen. Zu kleine Küche, zu kleiner Wohnraum, das zweite Schlafzimmer zu klein. Im Sommer draussen sitzen, dazu ist es wunderbar. Aber im September und Oktober praktisch keine Sonne auf dem Sitzplatz. Fahrräder unbrauchbar. Das es ein Doppelhaus ist wird im Internet nicht erwähnt! Wenn bewohnt, zu eng nebeneinander. Sprinkleranlage weckt einem aus dem Schlaf! Der Mietpreis für das Haus ist viel zu hoch! Claudia war sehr nett, trotzdem würden wir es nicht mehr mieten!

Lieber René, deine Einschätzung ist nicht korrekt. Sie kamen mit zwei Hunden an, ohne mich bei der Buchung zu informieren. Ich habe dich ohne zusätzliche Kosten akzeptiert. Du hast gesagt, dass mein Haus nicht für das Leben geeignet ist ... es scheint mir beleidigend! Es ist ein Haus von 80 Quadratmetern mit einem Garten von 1000 Quadratmetern. Die Breite der Räume ist auf den Fotos gut zu erkennen. Du hast gesagt, dass das Bewässerungssystem dich aufgeweckt hat, aber das ist auch falsch ... es war dein Hund, der nachts bellte (wie du mir gesagt hast) und du bist aufgewacht. Also habe ich die Zündzeit geändert. Fahrräder zur kostenlosen Nutzung, auch wenn sie nicht luxuriös sind, sind funktional und sehr nützlich. Der Mietpreis entspricht zu dem von Punta Ala und beinhaltet die Kosten für Reinigung, Klimaanlage oder Heizung und wöchentlicher Wäschewechsel. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Für all das, für Ihren nächsten Urlaub in Punta Ala, hoffe ich, dass Sie das Haus Ihrer Träume finden können; Ich werde auch für mich glücklich sein! Ciao

Very exciting Villa. Really best Place to Enjoy Toskana with Maximum independence

Claudia and Alessandro go really to the maximum in order to give you all opportunities for a relaxing Holiday. The villa ist equipped with Everything we could Imagine. From complete kitchen equipment to garden chairs and even a second TV on the terrace. Claudia provided some hints about events nearby. We went there and it was a Good idea to do so. Much fun, Good mood and life musicians. We forgot some clothes and Claudia did send these to our Home adress. All in all, we recommend villetta il glicine for everyone who can enjoy an enviroment with high standards and Really Lovely owners.

Très bien située

La maison est à la fois très bien située et bien conçue. Les propriétaires sont charmants et mettent à disposition des vélos qui rendent la vie bien plus facile.
