One of my most favorite properties we I have ever had the pleasure of staying in! Laundry availability and the garden were the two major highlights! All of the natural light and space for my 3 friends and I made the stay so enjoyable. Loved the alley kitchen and espresso! Mario was so kind in helping us check in and it was a dream location - so close to so many amazing restaurants! Truly enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was in a great location - walkable to everything wit a ton of restaurants and bars nearby but still very quiet! Bigger than expected and the outside area was a huge plus.

A lovely light filled property in the heart of Chiado. It was wonderful to have the garden to sit in and chill out. There are some wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance. Our check in was very efficiently handled and when we messaged with a small enquiry we got an immediate reply. Our transfers to and from the property had been arranged for us and everything went very smoothly. If we return to Lisbon we would not hesitate to stay here again.

The place was well situated but the quality was lacking. Everything felt very tired and dirty but simply was well used. The stairs to apt were also very steep and challenging to navigate with luggage. If location is your priority then this is a good choice.

Best best best location. Restaurants everywhere right next door and soooo good. Check in with Mario and Rui was delightful. Narrow charming old world streets made you know you were away. On the other side, plumbing, electrical etc. was definitely European but after all.,.,. Outside patio was a delightful addition and well used every day to relax, have a coffee, read - the best. It was exactly what we wanted and expected

Beautiful and centrally located

This sunny apartment has everything you need for a vacation in Lisbon! Right in the heart of the city, it’s walking distance from most of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The host is friendly and has great recommendations for things in the area. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean.

A comfortable home in a vibrant sage naighbourhood with a lovely back terrace.

A spacious property well situated in an area convenient to walking and transit. Three sleeping areas, a lovely living/ dining room opening onto a terrace. We were impressed by the property and had an excellent orientation from Mario. A superb spot for a group or family!

Truly the perfect location. You are steps away from some of the most beautiful sites in Lisbon. You get the comfort of a big home with a dedicated outdoor space all while in the middle of the city.

Absolutely great!

Far better than a hotel, this house is pretty big, and easy to live in. Rooms are pretty good size, and there’s a fully functional kitchen we used. The small outdoor area was really nice too, private and quiet. Mario was very helpful ahead of time, and made the check out process simple! Would absolutely stay again next time in Lisboa.

Great location, needing some work

Overall this place is stunning and located perfectly. The only issue we had were mildew odors in both bathrooms that they tried to mask with odor eliminators. We were told the place is about to be updated. If they redo the bathrooms it will make the place perfect.

What an amazing property. The pictures are very accurate. We did not expect to have so much space. The bedrooms are large; there is even a separate work space. The backyard is a wonderful surprise. The location is perfect - Chiado is a great neighborhood. No street noise at all. Mario is an excellent host. If this property is available… grab it!!

Fantastic

Exactly what was in VRBO listing. Location was perfect and we got lots of exercise on the hills which is a plus. On top of that Mario stored our bags in office across street. I loved the orange tree and had fresh squeezed in mornings. The door lock is old and a bit finicky so be aware of this.

Fado Flats in Chiado, Lisbon

We stayed two days in Chiado and the experience was great. Mario is great, he waited for us until close to midnight, gave us tips about all the important points of interest in the area, and he is a great communicator (we don't speak Portuguese so his flawless English was a welcomed benefit). He helped us to with the transfer to and from the airport, which I highly recommend if planning to be at that location with heavy or bulky luggage. The place was neat (in June with ripe oranges in the backyard as a bonus), spacious, close to restaurants and locations of touristic interest, well furnished and supplied. We highly recommend it.

Bug apartment in the perfect location

The apartment is on a fairly quiet street in Chiado area. We loved the location because it was short walks to some main areas with restaurants and shops, along with the Metro and tram 28 line. It is also by a couple points of interest such as the Carmo Convent and the Santa Justa elevator. We were able to walk everywhere. The apartment itself was bright and open and had a lot of space for our boys. We took advantage of the yard and the kids played mini soccer games while we sat under the tree. It's a really nice place to come back to and unwind after the busy days. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to explore Lisbon.
