Beautifully restored villa in the Italian countryside
A modern restored villa just 10km from the medieval hilltop town of Todi. The villa has 5 bedrooms that can comfortably accomodate up to 10 guests. The house is surrounded by a countryside and a pine grove as well as a stunning view on the Umbria countryside. Dining room as well as a private swimming pool nicely furnished with lounge chairs for sun or shade.
The house is divided into two floors. A living room with a fireplace, a TV and a modern sofa, a large kitchen with a table that can host 14 persons. Garden and covered alfresco dining can also be accessed from this area. On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi bath.
The first floor is composed of a brown leather sofa, a beautiful open fireplace, an open kitchen and a dining table.
